I can't write this review without getting emotional because that is exactly how I felt when after one very long day of intensive work, Dr. Mark gave me a mirror and told me to smile big. I honestly forgot how after so many years of hiding my teeth. I was deliriously thrilled and amazed at the person smiling back at me; a long time dream come true all thanks to the amazing dentists at Berlin Dental Center! Traveling from the US to Egypt to get major work done, I was very hesitant and a little scared. Immediately, Dr. Mark and Dr. Monica made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very professional and personable. The office was very clean, welcoming, and equipped with top-of-the-line equipment. I felt a real sense of family with everyone I met there; Doctors Mark, Monica, Hassan, and Rawan. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Dr. Bassem is an excellent dentist. His work is thorough, he is accommodating and he is prompt. He treated me 3 years ago and I was totally satisfied. I was so satisfied I sought another appointment for treatment again this summer and he granted me one. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, I could not keep the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Bassem highly.

I had a 5 root canal treatment, 5 bridges on the upper side and 8 veneers down. All in all 18 teeth to repair or save in 11 days done from Dr. Mohamed Hamid. It was urgent since then I broke one tooth which is supporting my 4 bridges on the upper side. I was asking all over Europe, Asia and even in Istanbul. Then, I remember, Cairo is also an International City who have a lot of very good doctors and qualified dentists. 3 weeks long myself and Dr Hamid had a contact through email. He answered and explained me all the details I wanted to know. It is really a great experience and I am so happy to have him as my dentist. He has a light hand which all dentists should do but not every dentist do. I have my self-confidence again and can smile without feeling embarrassed. And the price is absolutely genius comparing to Europe or Istanbul. Its worth of it to come and visit him.

A very friendly doctor with good English. The doctor gave a good diagnosis and insight to the problem. He has however referred us to a TMJ specialist whom we have failed to get hold of.
