My experience is incredible and I will always choose themNada, Egypt, 10 04 26It’s good that it mentions "share your story" here, because my experience with Dr. Kareem’s clinic is genuinely a story. I first started my journey with Dr. Kareem at his Sheikh Zayed clinic, which was great. I’m currently completing my treatment at the Agouza branch. I want to highlight that the amazing team and organised environment I’m describing here are from the Agouza clinic, as it was the place where I had most of my treatment.
Last year, I literally had less than a tooth, It was breaking every time I ate, full of decay and cavities. I found the clinic on Google Maps and checked every single review, then investigated more with my friends. It’s pretty hard for me to trust a doctor, especially a dentist, because my past experience was not good.
Dr. Kareem healed the tooth with a root canal, filling, and a crown. It looks so clean, new, and well-shaped, the exact same colour as my teeth that nobody can even notice it’s a crown; it feels totally natural and smooth. (Important note: my sinuses and jaw used to hurt before treating my this tooth (an upper tooth), but the pain completely stopped right after the procedure! I don't know how)
In the second visit, I had two other teeth with very old metal fillings (almost 13 years old!). They looked bad and literally gave me an electric shock if a metal spoon touched them; there were small holes and cavities underneath, causing severe, unbearable pain and headaches that reached my eyes. Dr Kareem was so patient explaining what every single tooth in my mouth needed. Since I was asking a lot about the cost, he sat with me for about 30 minutes to discuss a full treatment plan, saying, "Tell me how you want things to go, and I will help you as much as I can."
Dr. Kareem is very professional yet friendly, caring, and detail-oriented, using high-quality materials and has an on-spot X-ray, which is super helpful. Also, his hand is so light with the anaesthesia! I didn't feel the needle at all, and after the numbness, it was a Zero-pain experience for real! I was so comfortable that I actually fell asleep a few times while he was working on my teeth :D
I also informed him about my mouth-breathing problem due to a deviated septum and sinus issues to which I needed surgery. He was so sincere and told me that I had to do the nose surgery first so it wouldn't affect the teeth after repairing them, as mouth breathing reduces saliva and causes more cavities. Because of his honesty, I took action, did the surgery, and then went back to complete my dental treatment.
The clinic is calm, well-sanitised, and organised with no waiting time, or rarely 10-15 mins max. The assistants (Menna, Manar, Yasmeen) and the receptionist, Haneen, are all so courteous and caring. I'd like to thank Miss Haneen specifically, as she always calls back to check on me after every appointment, and if something needs modification, she informs the team, and they take care of it immediately. Even if I miss a call, she sends messages to make sure I’m okay. And the assistant doctor. Miss Heba, she's sweet, cheerful, very helpful and understanding:)
They really do care.
My experience is incredible and I will always choose them.
I'm in for attaching pre and post photos if needed :)
