I can't write this review without getting emotional because that is exactly how I felt when after one very long day of intensive work, Dr. Mark gave me a mirror and told me to smile big. I honestly forgot how after so many years of hiding my teeth. I was deliriously thrilled and amazed at the person smiling back at me; a long time dream come true all thanks to the amazing dentists at Berlin Dental Center! Traveling from the US to Egypt to get major work done, I was very hesitant and a little scared. Immediately, Dr. Mark and Dr. Monica made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very professional and personable. The office was very clean, welcoming, and equipped with top-of-the-line equipment. From the first day I visited this office I’ve felt as though I’ve been cared for and treated in the best possible way. I had 5 Implants. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The result from my dental implants was great.. about 8 months later, one tooth seemed to be a bit lose, but he had warned me that it rarely ever happens, but if it does, feel free to come in, we'll take care of it, and he did. Also note that the office and operating rooms are incredibly clean. I also found it nice that they do everything from the consultation to the procedure at the same place. Modern Equipment in a nice facility with a doctor that knows his job was a game changer for me. The Money, was worth my Smile. Every visit was like visiting friends

I am from the United States of America. I first came to this office last year to have dental implants oral surge done. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. They even were able to accommodate me when I had some travel issues. The cost of having my work done was a fraction of the cause that it would have caused me back home. Any major dental work that I may ever need will always be done at this office. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs cosmetic or dental surgery done.

Extremely happy with the composite bonding done by Dr Hossam. My teeth now look much straighter and whiter, from a pain free process! Dr Hossam cleverly changes the appearance of your teeth, without any invasive drilling. He carefully checked that there was no alteration to my bite as a result of the process, listened to what I was feeling and worked to correct it until I was comfortable. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for dental treatment
