I came to the clinic with an implant issue, which Dr. Karem made me feel it’s easy and simple with his professional skills. He really made it easy for me—no pain and perfect look. A friend recommended the clinic. First impression: the hygiene is very good, and after surgery, the team was checking on me.

Highly recommend Berlin dental centre. The standard of care that they provide for their patients is fantastic. The office staff is also welcoming. The dentists: Dr Mark, Dr Alhassan and Dr Monica are very professional and very caring, I was always thoroughly impressed by their expertise, kindness and good sense of humour during my appointments. Great team work. I went to Egypt for a short visit and they were able to fit me in to get everything done on time. A special thank you to Dr Mark for being a truly spectacular dentist. I really appreciate all your support and duty of care. You and your team worked out of hours to ensure my satisfaction before flying back to Sydney. We went to get partial dentures for my son. First week the dentist took the measurements. The second week we went to collect the dentures. They fitted well and we will see in the next 2 weeks how they go. So far so good. The staff are friendly and professional and the dentist knows her job very well and was very helpful and answered all our questions. Overall it was a very good experience.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted yesterday, and believe me when I say I was nervous and anxious as I haven't had a dental procedure done in years. Dr Moosa & Dr Ismail & team made me feel so much at ease. Dr Ismail is amazing at what he does the way he explains everything and talks one through the process. Before I knew it my tooth was out and I didn't feel a thing, I couldn't believe it. It really was a pleasant & painless experience. Thank you Dr Moosa & Dr Ismail & team for what you have done for me. I'll never forget it...you guys are truly amazing.

I don't think I met better dentist. First they were up to all safety standards regarding the corona situation. And the dentist was exceptionally pleasant personality, giving a lot of explaining what he was doing. All in all very pain free and informative.

What a wonderful experience. Dr. Hartshorne treated my situation with honesty, integrity and compassion. He took the time to write me a personal email relating to the specific matter the appointment was for, taking the time to explain to me, in layman's terms, what we were looking at, and where to from here. He was thorough, and although the situation was severe, he allowed my dignity to remain in tact. What a super experience. By the Dr. and the whole team.
