I had breast enlargement surgery with Oliver Harley. After breastfeeding two children I finally made the decision to make the leap, I wanted to be like I was before the children! Wow, I can't thank or recommend him enough. The whole process from start to finish was quick and relatively painless. I had an overnight stay at the McIndoe hospital in east Grinstead where the staff were lovely and I felt very cared for. I was discharged the following day, back at work after a week and now, 6months on I really couldn't be happier with the finished product. The mans a miracle worker. I would honestly say, stop thinking about it and just do it! The money it cost wasn't a fortune and was well worth it for the way I feel about myself now.

What is Rhinoplasty? Rhinoplasty is also known as a ‘nose-job’.  It is an operation which changes the shape of the nose to give a more aesthetically balanced appearance or perhaps to correct an established deformity.  There are a combination of changes which can be made to improve the appearance of the nose which include reshaping the bridge of the nose (usually reducing a hump), refining the tip of the nose, improving the projection of the tip, shortening the nose or narrowing wide nostrils.  The aim is to shape the nose so that it is more in keeping with the desired appearance of the patient and also in balance with the proportions of the face. What does the surgery involve? Rhinoplasty is typically carried out under general anaesthetic and you can go home on the day of surgery.  Sometimes a single night in hospital is advised.  The shape of the nose is determined by a framework of cartilages and bones.  Small cuts are made inside the nostrils to access the framework and reshape it.  Occasionally it is also necessary to have a small scar at the base of the nostrils or across the central strut (‘columella’) of the nose or tiny access incisions on the side of the nose.  The operation takes about 90 minutes. At the end of the operation a small splint and some tapes will be positioned and packs are inserted into the nostrils.  This is done to support the new shape of the nose while it sets.  Some cases are more complex and may require internal access to the central strut deep inside the nose ‘septum’ which is necessary to correct shape, airflow or to obtain cartilage grafts to assist with shaping the nose.  This is known as septo-rhinoplasty.

I’ve recently been suffering with some skin issues, so I got in contact with Epsom skin clinic. The help I received from Danielle was amazing, she was so helpful and really made me feel better about being able to improve my skin. I also plan on booking a course of 6 Dermalux sessions, which I look forward to! Without the help and advice I’d be feeling a lot more stressed and low so I’m so glad that Epsom skin clinic has a member of staff so wonderful! Had my septorhinoplasty with 1 Cosmetic Group. Full marks for this company. Very nice experience. Surgeon, hospital, admin team they all were very helpful. My Surgeon has done a great job. I love my new nose. Previously I had my surgery booked with another medical..they kept wasting my time. Took my money and I was waiting months as they kept delaying my surgery.. took 6 months to get my money back. I was so dissapointed then I found 1cosmetic group on google and from start things were very smooth and professional. 12 weeks post op.. already almost fully recovered. My wife is getting her breast done with 1 cosmetic and she is so excited... cant wait.
