The team at Harley street went well beyond my expectations. From the first point to the aftercare. I provided images and got a free in person consultation where two surgeons gave me options on the treatment and how it would be step by step and how recovery steps would also be. Wasn’t pressed to give an answer there and then and within two days I knew it was the right place to go to out of a choice of 3. Very helpful initial meeting to discuss my concerns and ways to help. Had first treatment to deal with redness on my face and neck last week, using laser followed by Dermalux treatment. My therapist Charlotte was very kind and chatty which really put me at ease for my first venture into this type of treatment. She advised that things would puff up but would settle down. So felt completely at ease when this did happen and yes everything calmed down within a couple of days. Everything already looking far better than before I visited and can't wait to see results after the second! Love the idea of non-invasive treatments that actually have results and delighted to have found somewhere to help me where I feel completely at ease and safe. I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately.
