An upper arm lift (brachioplasty) is a surgical procedure which removes this excess skin and tissue, giving an improved appearance to the arms.

Breast Lift

Breast Lift - Aset Hospital Cosmetic Surgery
Breast Uplift (Breast lift/mastopexy)

A breast uplift (or breast lift/mastopexy) lifts and reshapes the breasts by removing excess skin, which may result in lifted breasts and a more youthful position.

Who Is Suitable For Breast Uplift / Mastopexy?

A breast uplift is a procedure for women who want more youthful looking breasts. Many of our patients come to us after pregnancy or breast feeding – or simply because their skin has lost the lift and elasticity it once hand. Some women may naturally develop drooping breasts, and breast uplift surgery is often the best way to regain youthful looking breasts.

For women who are also seeking fuller or larger breasts (but have droopy breasts), the combination of uplift and breast enlargement (information on breast enlargement) is also available. The two procedures together can improve the size, shape and overall appearance of the breasts.

Is Breast Uplift the right choice?

Some common reasons for breast uplift include:

• Following pregnancy and breast feeding, breasts can become flatter and ‘empty’ looking, losing breast roundness and fullness

• Weight loss can leave the breast flatter with excess loose skin

• If breasts are no longer firm it can be difficult to wear certain types of clothes without the support of a bra

• Boost confidence and improve body image

Breast Reconstruction

Breast uplift (alternatively: breast lift, mastopexy) lifts and reshapes the breasts by excess skin being removed. This aims to produce a lifted breast with a more youthful position and shape. At Aset, we are proud to have highly experienced and well renown elite breast surgeons in the country.

Our Consultant Plastic Surgeons are members of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS) and all have a variety of professional qualifications.

Breast Reduction Mammaplasty

Breast reduction is a major surgery that can have incredible results.

Breast Reduction

Breast Reduction Procedure :

Breast reduction is a major surgery that can have incredible results. Designed to enhance self-esteem and relieve the physical symptoms that often come with large breasts, this procedure has been performed for decades by our experienced consultant plastic surgeons, delivering fantastic results each time. Aset plastic surgeons provide patients with the highest quality care and deliver beautiful, natural results.

Many women who have large breasts often suffer neck, shoulder and back pain and in some cases bad posture. Very large breasts can make it difficult and very uncomfortable to perform physical activity. The objectives of breast reduction surgery is to produce a smaller, lighter, improved breast shape, complementary and proportionate to the rest of an individual’s figure. This may also reduce the problem of back pain that heavy breasts may cause. Reducing the size of the breasts may be very satisfying, and can enhance confidence and self-esteem. Following breast reduction there may be some interference with breast feeding.

Mini Facelift

Mini Facelift - Aset Hospital Cosmetic Surgery
 The Mini Face Lift

The mini face lift is an excellent option if you feel you’re not quite ready for a full facelift or if you’d like to choose a more affordable option.

A mini facelift is a less dramatic surgery than a full face and neck lift, designed to give a youthful appearance with smaller scars. The procedure tightens the skin and jawline, leaving your face with a noticeably firmer and toned appearance.

Plastic surgery and in particular facial surgery is a very complex procedure that involves detailed knowledge of anatomy, experience and execution of great surgical technique. Aset Hospital's elite and highly experienced surgeons specialiise in face cosmetic surgery and

Deciding to change the way you look through Cosmetic Surgery takes courage and a lot of consideration. It is important that your decision to have a procedure is considered carefully.

    Inverted Nipple Surgery

Inverted Nipple Surgery - Aset Hospital Cosmetic Surgery
Inverted Nipple SurgeryInverted nipple correction is a surgical procedure that involves correcting the look of a nipple that appears to be sunken into the breasts or lies flat on the breast’s surface. Although inverted nipples often occur as a result of pregnancy and/or breastfeeding, they can be a source of self-consciousness, particularly during intimate moments.

Our experienced surgeons specialise in inverted nipple correction, so you’ll achieve your desired results. In some cases the surgeon may recommend further investigations to be carried out to determine the cause of the inverted nipple before carrying out surgery.

The ideal candidate is a woman who is unhappy with the appearance of her nipple(s). The candidate should also be in excellent health and a non-smoker, as this is a major surgery. You should also be psychologically strong, as we want to ensure you’ll truly enjoy the results of your surgical procedure.

You’ll meet with your plastic surgeon to determine your suitability before undergoing an inverted nipple surgery.

Inverted nipple correction is usually performed under local anaesthesia; this would be a day case procedure

If you’re just undergoing inverted nipple correction, the surgical incisions will be limited to the areolas. If your surgery is being combined with other breast procedures, the incisions could be placed underneath the nipple.
