From the moment I arrived at the hospital I was treated with such care and kindness. Every aspect of the treatment was explained thoroughly and I felt fully informed throughout. My operation actually happened ahead of time which saved me from the worry brought about from excessive waiting. In the theatre, the anaesthetist and the surgeon were incredibly courteous and reassuring which put me at my ease. I had upper eyelid surgery last Saturday ,from entering the clinic to leaving I felt very at ease . Everything was fully explained even during the procedure. I was put at ease all throughout the procedure. I am on my 3rd day post op and my skin is recovering well, still some swelling and slight bruising but I am very pleased up to now. The aftercare team called me the day after and I have their number if I have any issues I have another planned telephone consultation this Saturday. Brilliant service. Dr Awad went through all the questions I had and was full of information. Rachel’s initial discussions made so much sense about the pros and cons of a sleeve in comparison to a band. The aftercare package is the best on the market when I Compare.
