I brought my Mother to see Mr. Aziz for the first time today. This appointment was given to my Mother at short notice. This was the first time my mother or I had met him. I found him to be: 1. Very thorough in his examinations 2. Communicated medical information to me in terms that were understandable and non-medical 3. Personable - he smiled and was warm. Put my mother and I at ease (unlike some of the other medics I have come across in recent months) 4. Transparent - clearly communicated what he was doing, why and next steps.

I visited MACS clinic for a treatment that I had been wanting since my late teens and from the moment I met the team I knew I would be in safe hands. Dr Vadodaria was very understanding and empathetic. He provided me with lots of information, so I could made an informative decision. There was no pressure at all to book anything future and it felt like more of a chat than business to him and he made me feel that my needs and welfare are his priority. On the day of surgery, I felt very calm thanks to the 2 kind nurses that held my hand during and was constantly asking If I was ok. I felt so at ease that I almost fell to sleep. The surgery was painless and went better than I could have imagined. The aftercare so far has been brilliant, I received an text the following day to check I was ok and it contained a number I could call if I needed anything at all. I did send over a message for reassurance that everything was ok and I received a call from the surgeon promptly. I would highly recommend MASCS clinic, the team are brilliant and it feels more like you are part of a family than another number/patient at a clinic/hospital. Dr Vadodaria and his team enjoy having general chat with you which made me feel like he has the time for you. Dr Vadodaria has not only changed my life with the surgery he carried out but he has also saved my life with asking me to quit smoking and I will forever be grateful to him and his team.

If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!
