I have recently undergone rhinoplasty with Mr El Gawad and I honestly can’t fault my care. From the ease of arranging my initial consultation through to the actual procedure, the process was seamless. I have been treated with nothing but friendliness, respect and a high level of professionalism. Mr El Gawad is a highly knowledgeable and talented surgeon, making it that little bit easier when discussing the projection of what I wanted from my surgery. He listened to my wishes/fears, guiding me with what procedure would be most suited to achieve my desired outcomes. I felt at ease throughout the procedure and in very safe, capable hands. Nearly two weeks on and I am already very happy with my results, and feel there’s already a big shift in my confidence, which was the reason for my surgery, to begin with. I would definitely recommend Mr El Gawad and feel very lucky to have had such a great experience, made all the better by a fab team (including Rachel!)

The pre-care advice that Dr. Siddiqui provided me with before the operation was thorough and I was able to have a couple of consultations to finalise the size with no pressure before the operation. I am happy with the results of the operation and have had a few follow-up appointments and am recovering well. Dr. Siddiqui has always been available at any time after my operation to answer any questions I may have on the after-care and how I am recovering. He contacted me daily in the first two weeks after my operation to make sure everything was OK and has also continued to check in on me and thoroughly assess how well I am doing. I have been very pleased with the level of service that has been provided before, during, and after the operation.

I visited the Pall Mall Medical centre on Monday 5th September for a routine blood check. The receptionist was very kind and professional, the appointment was on time. The nurse was very gentle and caring. As promised my results had arrived next morning via email. Excellent value for money. Thank you I will be revisiting for a follow up review.
