What absolutely fantastic support and care I have had from Lisa and her team . My journey has been amazing . I had a tummy tuck with a breast up lift with Lisa 04/24. A year later in 05/25 I went back to Lisa to have breast augmentation as I wanted a little upper volume . What amazing results I have as I felt insecure about my body since loosing 8 1/2 stone in weight and breast feeding my 3 gorgeous boyswhich are now 14,12 and 10 . I had met with a few other local surgeons about the procedures that Lisa carried out on me . I had Alarplasty procedure at the Harley Plastic Surgery in East Grinstead. On assessment, Mr Harley took time to explained the procedure and realistic expected outcome. I was a bit disappointed that there was no before and after photos of Afro Caribbean patient in his archives. Nevertheless, I was pretty sure that I have chosen the right Surgeon as evidence by his procedures videos and reviews. During the procedure, he was very caring and meticulous with his technique, ensuring that I was pain free and comfortable. The outcome has really enhanced my profile, boosts my confidence and self esteem. Though, the scar is still visible after 4 weeks but I am pretty sure that it will be inconspicuous when matured. I am so grateful to Mr Harley for arranging post op follow up appointment to monitor my progress.

How would I be helped by breast reduction?You may find that your breasts are too big.  This could be for reasons of body image perhaps if you have a slight or slim figure which is out of keeping with the size of the breasts.  Regardless of your overall body shape, large and heavy breasts can cause pains around the neck and shoulders, affect posture or cause rubbing and discomfort from bra straps.  The breast crease can be sweaty and even develop rashes or sores.   If you are sporty you may find that a big bust interferes with your activities.  From time to time women have jobs or pastimes which may be difficult due to physical requirements or special clothing.  Other patients find that large breasts are a source of unwanted attention and comment. All of these problems are successfully addressed by breast reduction; women have high rates of satisfaction following breast reduction surgery and this is supported by medical research into quality of life after this procedure.  How is the operation done? One of the most important aspects of breast reduction surgery is your consultation.  Mr Harley will listen carefully to your concerns and discuss look you want to achieve. The operation itself is done while you are asleep (general anaesthetic).  It takes 2-3 hours and you can go home on the day of surgery or the day following it.  Breast reduction removes skin and breast tissue usually from the underneath and sides of the breast and reshapes the remaining breast tissue to give natural and more youthful appearance.  This is carefully measured and planned at your consultation and again immediately prior to surgery.  The remaining skin and tissue is reshaped around the nipple and the resulting breast is smaller, lighter and uplifted.  
Breast Lift £7750 - £8500
Breast lift, aka Mastopexy, reshapes the natural breast tissue to convert a droopy elongated breast into a rounder shape with the nipple in a higher position.  This typically gives a pleasing transformation to the breast and whilst it doesn't add any quantity to the breast (you need an implant or fat transfer to do this) it will usually make the breast seem fuller.
Gynecomastia £5000 - £8500
Men can develop unwanted breast tissue, often as teenagers.  It is possible to remove this - there are various techniques and choice of technique depends principally on the amount of excess skin and also the amount of excess tissue under the skin.

So far the service has been outstanding. Please note that i have not underwent the surgery yet, due to COVID19 restrictions. However, as soon as i registered interest i was called by Cat, and given all the information necessary. Dr Sutton then took the time to have a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of different WLS options, answering any and all of my queries. The rest of the team have all made contact, and what i have most liked so far is the transparency and simplified documents supplied, to help me understand each element of the procedure, pre and post-op. It is a very nice feeling to know that there is a group of people who are available and welcome any questions you may have, especially when it is such a major life change. I actually had my heart set on a different clinic, but decided to shop around, and Tonic's professionalism (plus value) swayed me.
