I visited the MACS clinic in Watford not long ago and I had a fabulous experience. The staff at the Clinic are honest, kind and hospitable people who deliver exceptional service. I cannot recommend them enough. They were so accommodating and I am very happy with the results of my dimple surgery. The consultation was very detailed and informative. The staff helped to calm my nerves and there was no pressure to get the surgery done. They care about the patients and this was evident during my consultation. The aftercare has been great. The staff have been in contact via email, Whatsapp and zoom meetings. They have attended to my questions and I am confident that I made the best decision to get my surgery done by Mr Vadodaria.

After visiting other clinics and not being sure I walked into Oakdin Clinic. I was immediately put at ease and treated so respectfully with everything explained in detail no sales pressure like other places. The nursing staff chaperone was fantastic her wealth of knowledge made me feel so safe and her friendly warm nature made me feel so reassured. She stayed with me throughout my whole journey. I had my procedure a labiaplasty operated on by my Consultant Mr Mohammed Masood who has changed my life. I was unable to get my procedure done on the NHS and I was for years wanting to have it done for medical reasons as well as cosmetic. I felt a freak it looked abnormal not like how I felt it should look and it was so uncomfortable years of pain discomfort. I was nervous going in for my procedure but I can honestly say I felt no pain bar the initial injection to numb me. 45 minutes later I was leaving on my way home totally amazed and thrilled. I had made the right decision and was just focused on recovering. Six weeks later, I cannot believe the change in my confidence. I feel it’s the best decision I’ve ever made and I can’t thank Oakden staff and Mr Masood enough. The personal caring manner in which I was treated was superb and I would highly recommend this Clinic to everyone. I’m only 20 and to go through this has changed my life. I’ve got before and after photos that are amazing, I feel so fantastic, thank you so much. Plus the price was so good compared to some others. It’s a small clinic, easily located, great parking and spotlessly clean. With the focus on your needs with great advice before and after. Can’t praise enough sorry to go on but I’m so happy. The clinic is spotlessly clean, great parking and a fantastic location. Reception staff and nurses are wonderful. It was NHS now just gone private and I’d recommend highly to anyone. Just thrilled at having found them at a price so much better than other bigger clinics I visited. The moment I walked in I felt safe and cared for. Pre and post-operative care by staff are brilliant. I’m over the moon.

Mr Masood is amazing felt comfortable with him from the start and knew I was in safe hands. He is brilliant at his job and very kind to his patients-listens to what you want and definitely can change your life he has mine. Thanks so much.
