My enquiry started with Saad the doctor's assistant on WhatsApp, he was very prompt with answering my questions and took all my doubts about liposuctıon away. I narrowed down to this clinic because they made me feel I was safe, in good hands and that's exactly what I got. I had a great experience all throughout. We arrived at the airport and Oskan the driver was already present with our names were written waiting for us. He was very nice and brought us to the hotel where the staff were all nice and welcoming especially Ozkan, he knew all the places we can hang out in town and made our stay very pleasant. We arrived on Sunday and the next day was picked up by the driver and Irem our personal coach, spoke English and made me feel comfortable and took my anxiety away. I met Dr Hassan for the consultation, he was very nice, made sure all is understood about the procedure and the expectations are realistic. The surgery was done immediately after the blood results came in. I had general anaesthesia and noticed nothing, woke up and the surgery was over. The pain was less than I expected and got less as the day went by. My stomach is swollen now so seen a bit of an improvement but the doctor said its gonna get better after a month when most of the swelling is gone, I can't wait. I will recommend Dr Hassan for liposuction because he knows his job, honest and makes sure you understand what you will be getting. I'm very pleased with the whole experience The clinic is very well situated in town and very close to the hotel we stayed it's literally 5 a minute walk. The clinic is absolutely impeccable and the professionalism of all the staff exceeded my expectations. I couldn't ask for more. The only disadvantage is that most of the people in town don't speak much English and makes it hard to communicate in town.

I feel very happy after face lift and neck lift surgery, they made me happy. I definitely recommend them.

Deciding to go to another country for gastric sleeve surgery was not easy. My patient coordinator, Ege, was with me throughout the process. Being able to reach him at any time was reassuring. Tummy Tuck, Liposuction and Blepharoplasty. After researching MCan for the past two years, I finally decided to book my flight and go to Turkey on January 2018 to have my tummy tuck with liposuction, Vaser lipo for my thighs and Blepharoplasty. Dr Allughan Cahit Vural gave me a beautiful body that I did not have, this has changed my life completely. He is an excellent doctor. Before arriving in Istanbul Mcan coordinator Bilgen arranged my itinerary. It had all the scheduled plans from start to finish. When we arrived a driver was there to collect us, he took us to our hotel (Troya) arranged by MCan. When we arrived at the hotel it was a decent 3/4 star hotel. The hospital was really clean, the staff was professional although the nurses couldn't speak English. Bilgen was absolutely great who has constantly answered my questions and making sure I knew everything. She came to the hospital to provide all the information and was always ready to answer my questions on Whatsapp as well. The hospital staff were very supportive, skilful and professional. Beigen and the hotel staff were fantastic. I can never ask for anything better. After 3 nights in the hospital, we went back to the hotel and started exploring Istanbul. On the 5th day, the doctor wanted to check on me so we got picked up to go to his main clinic where he checked everything and it was all fine. The next day it was time to go back to Canada and we had no problems at the airport, it was a great experience. The whole team was friendly, professional and excellent service. Looking forward to coming back for the next procedure.
