My experience was very very good, from beginning to the end. Just returned home on Friday, but I am so grateful. Emre really looks after me, and the doctor and her assistant were excellent. I had breast reduction.

The entire experience from first contact through to now whilst im recovering has been fantastic! The accommodation, transfer, food, care and everything else has been 10/10.

The surgeon was very professional and all staff very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

I had an operation for gyno in Poland several years ago to remove just the glands which cost more than the entire thing would have done here, they were good but not a patch on how it’s been in Turkey.
If your are unsure, don’t be!

I had such an amazing experience with SurgeryTR. I booked for an open rhinoplasty and from the very start of the enquiry the team was attentive, personal and helpful. Communication via WhatsApp is such a great way to contact the Surgery and messages are usually answered a few hours shortly after sending. Hamza was absolutely incredible, he made sure we were taken to our appointments on time as well as translating anything that my Dr/Nurse needed to. This was such a great experience overall, I would urge anyone to use SurgeryTR Istanbul.

I would definitely recommend Surgery TR to anyone that wants to have breast implants. I'm going to be one-month post-op, and I cannot express how happy I feel that I made this decision.

I’ve just recently been to Istanbul for my foxy eye surgery with Dr Mehmet Hasim and I’m pleased to say I’m happy with my surgery upto now, just waiting for the swelling to subside to see the final result. All my arrangements were made through Ertan and he was absolutely brilliant with his communication. He was so helpful from the start to finish. He was even my friend for a couple of days out there to show me around Istanbul when he was free. Thank you so much Ertan and I’m looking forward to seeing you again 😁

The team doing the operation in the hospital was great and professional. I liked the results a lot. Selin was great at helping me plan the trip and choose what kind of operation to do and organize everything, my only bad experience was with the guy that was supposed to be my guide and help at the hospital, and in Turkey in general, he was with me only 2 times. Before I had to do the operation to take the money and after I had to leave the hospital, I needed him to be there after the operation to explain to me about the operation and what to expect and what is happening and stuff, but he couldn't be there.

And I was basically alone feeling lost for days, not understanding what is going around me. I was only with the nurses who don't speak English, but they were so nice to me anyway!

To whom it may concern, visiting the clinic for the first time was great. It was a interesting experience for me, all my questions was answered and I am now thinking of the possibilities.

From the first phone call to my last day in Istanbul, I had a terrific experience with SurgeryTr. The knowledge, the expertise, the quality and most importantly the care I received have been beyond my expectations. An A+ to Dr. Dağhan Işık, his team and the hospital. Highly recommended!

I had liposuction on my stomach, waist, hips and flanks with Dr Mehmet Hasim Güner. I am now 6 months post-op and feeling gorgeous.

Sercan my driver/liason had excellent English and an even better sense of humour. I really enjoyed driving around the city with him.

All the staff associated with surgery TR and all the nurses in the hospital were just lovely people. I actually found all the Turkish people really friendly and open!

Before the operation here are some things to consider:

I don't know if everyone else is just tougher than me or if I reacted badly but liposuction really hurts. It's not just uncomfortable, it's painful. I went alone and really regretted it so I really suggest bringing a friend.

Speaking of bringing things, pack some loose clothing for the hospital, me the raging eejit brought jeans. I would suggest a loose dress if it's warm enough or sweatpants if not.

Also, bring some treats and liquids for afters. Though they do give you nice food and tea, it's nice to have snacks and drinks in between. You're in recovery, you need some comforts. They did say I could call the hospital kitchen for anything I wanted but the language barrier and my tiredness meant I didn't have the energy. Finally, bring some cash. You'll need medication from the pharmacy.

Speaking of language barriers not all the staff in the hospital speak English. Don't worry the doctors and medical staff were fluent!!! ....but the support staff weren't always. They were unbelievably sweet ladies but we did struggle to communicate so pro-tip I found google translate open on my phone was a lifesaver.

About the liposuction;

The operation went well and I had no complications whilst in Turkey except for a seroma or two. ( That's a collection of liquid under the skin, not painful at all and amusingly ripples like a water bed when you touch it) Easily drained with a syringe. I did however get very nervous when I got home as I developed strange tube-like hard markings on my flanks, a weird swelling on my right hip and a general uneven and bumpy stomach, especially around the belly button.

Everything I read online said you should be seeing close to final results at the 3 months mark and I was really upset that it didn't look anything like I wanted it to. However, some did say that not everyone is the same and to wait a little longer.

I decided not to freak out until 6 months and I'm so glad I was patient. Maybe it's because I'm in my 30's or maybe I just heal slower but things are so much better now! Some lucky girls are final results at 3 months, for me I think it'll be 9 months as I can still feel a little swelling here and there.

That being said what has settled down looks fabulous!!! He contoured around muscles I didn't even know I had! Now I look so fit like I actually have a four-pack.

I do highly recommend Dr Güner and his staff, I just thought it might be good to show that everyone's recovery is different and to be aware that you might need a little more patience than expected. I know I was very disappointed at 3 months but now at 6 months I'm over the moon, by 9 months I'm pretty certain I'll be ecstatic.

From landing in Istanbul my trip ran so smooth. I cannot recommend Dr Mehmet Hasim Guner enough. he was so professional - aftercare was excellent any questions I had he was happy to answer. I can certainly notice the difference already after 6 days so I’m looking for to see what the next 4-6 weeks brings.

I would definitely recommend SurgeyTR. From day one Damla was so helpful never pushy and everything was done at my own pace. Damla was also Available to answer any questions I had at any time of the day (sorry 😬). The rep Sercan is a gem he’s such a good guy and would go out of his way to help you. Sercan is wonderfully helpful and has very good English - Any nerves I had were soon eased by him. My trip was perfect from start to finish.

I had been thinking about the surgery for some time, and during the pandemic, l felt like it was the right time, from start to finish the response from the team was excellent. The coordinator Damla was excellent. On arrival, l was made to feel at ease. The journey was nerve-racking but l was made to feel supportive. Medical professionals were very attentive. The work Dr Duhan did was amazing. I have had other members of my family who are also now booking themselves in because of the excellent results of my tummy tuck and fat transfer to my breasts.
