I'm a foreigner from Algeria, i send an email to many clinics, and Dr. Yalçın Özsoy was one of the first to reply, the treatments and prices he offred were very interesting, he speaks english and a little arabic wish helped me a lot, he also guided me and explain every step before to go, he replied to every question via WhatsApp, before and after the operation. Dr. Yalçın Özsoy is very kind, proffessional with a lot of hospitality, words can not descibe him, i really recommand him for ENT consultations.

She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, has a polite manner and is helpful with any concerns or questions I raised pre-surgery. Hospital staff, and nurses that is her team ensured that I had a smooth prep, surgery and follow-up. She was informative and understanding and ensured that I was confident and comfortable before the procedure as it was my first-ever surgery. I had a birth 5 years ago and because of breastfeeding my breasts was saggy, he helped a lot to me for gaining my confidence back about my body.
