Op. Dr. İlkay Şamil Beydilli was born in Ankara in 1991. After completing his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, he received his Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialist training at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. After his specialist training, he successfully completed his compulsory service by performing hundreds of surgeries at Muş State Hospital, where he was assigned in 2023.
