Dr. Avcı received her medical doctorate degree from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and completed her Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery specialization at Koşuyolu Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital. She studied body and breast shaping aesthetics at the University of Michigan (USA). She served as a founding faculty member in the Department of Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Avcı has approximately 20 years of knowledge and experience in aesthetic surgery operations such as facial aesthetics and breast aesthetics, as well as in areas such as skin cancer, burns, and congenital anomalies. She continues to serve her patients at Emsey Hospital.

He was born in Ankara in 1988. He attended primary school at Dedeman Primary School and completed his secondary education at Ayrancı High School between 2002-2005. He entered Marmara University Faculty of Medicine (English) in 2005. In 2010, he spent 4 months as an exchange student in Italy with an Erasmus scholarship. He completed his medical education in 2012 and became a medical doctor. After working at Kırklareli Pınarhisar Community Health Center for 2 months, he passed the Medical Specialization Examination and started his specialty training in Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2013.
