For me, Dra Gloria Carretero is the person to visit when I have a problem/infection in my eye. She is so professional in every detail, no matter how big or small. She explained everything so clearly about the specific problem I had, again in detail, that she will treat it. The problem is now cured. I have very happy, safe in the knowledge that if I have a problem with my eye or eyes, that I can be treated by this wonderful doctor. I was treated for a very nasty eye infection. It certainly was very good value.

Dr Lopez is very professional and her English is excellent. She was very thorough and explained things very clearly. I liked that she didn’t try to talk me into any other treatments than the one I enquired about (unlike other clinics). The clinic was lovely, modern and clean. The receptionists were also lovely and spoke good English. It was a pleasure to meet them all. I cannot comment on the treatment I enquired about at the clinic, as I haven’t had it done yet.

My husband and I obtained details of VistaLaser from Google and read the various reviews online. We made an appointment and were very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff. After a thorough examination, we were quoted a price for the removal of a cataract and were told a new lens might be needed. The hospital had previously advised that there was another cataract in the other eye, however, the specialist said there was no need for its removal at this time and suggested an annual review. The operation was totally successful and Joyce will probably only need reading lenses for this eye. A final review will take place in February. The whole experience was carried out in a friendly manner by all the staff.
