I am a 52-year-old woman with grown children, and for years I had disliked but was constantly trying to ignore and accept how my tummy looked. I told myself not to be so vain, and I was grateful for my health and that of my children. I keep fit and eat well. However, I had friends who had this surgery and were so happy I decided to go for a consultation with the amazing Dr Chan, who came recommended to me. Learning that I had diastasis recti made it easier for me not to feel guilty about spending this money on myself, and also the long-term benefits in correcting this problem meant this surgery was not just for aesthetic purposes. At the first meeting, I knew Dr Chan was the right choice for me. From the first to the final consultation, I felt in safe hands. His work is impeccable a total perfectionist and on top of this, he is kind, friendly, and very personable, which is such a bonus for a surgeon with his skills. When I woke from surgery and saw what he had done, I could not believe my eyes, and when I went home after one night in the hospital because of how he does the surgery, I had no drains to deal with, just a plaster over what I would describe as a hairline scar. I am so, so happy with the results, and though recovery takes a little time with his advice and aftercare, it’s very much worth every second and cent!! I decided I wanted to do upper blepharoplasty so I did some research and made several appointments with different surgeons to discuss.
My first appointment was with Mr. Chan. Upon meeting him, I decided that not only was he a brilliant surgeon but an absolutely lovely human and the doctor for me, so I cancelled my other appointments.
I am so happy with my result. I knew immediately upon waking, despite some bruising and swelling, that he had done a brilliant job. His pre- and post-operative care was amazing. I followed all his instructions and had minimal swelling and no pain. I went back to him every week for 3 weeks following the procedure and he is very thorough in his aftercare, he gave me a couple of red light sessions which are included in the price and I think really helped with the recovery.
It’s now 6 weeks post the procedure and I’m very happy, I still have minor scars but they are fading more and more every day. I’m so glad I did this and I’m glad I didn’t wait and have it bother me for years before going for it.
It’s definitely an investment but I think so worth it, especially when you divide the cost over the number of years it takes off your face and the fact that it’s a once-off procedure.
I think it’s worth saying that the heavy eyelids only started bothering me quite recently (in the last 2 years) but I came across a picture of me from 10 years ago (when it was not bothering me) and my eyes look better now than they did then!
Mr. Chan is an excellent surgeon with amazing attention to detail and truly cares about delivering a brilliant result to all of his patients.
I also wanted to say that his office is amazing to deal with, everything runs very smoothly and if you call or email with a question, they are very responsive and helpful.
I could not be happier and would highly recommend Mr. Chan. If I had the money, I’d go back to him tomorrow for something else!

After much research, I had an Abdominoplasty (Fleur De Lis Tummy tuck with liposuction) with Mr. Chan in July 2025. Mr. Chan was ever professional, thorough, empathetic and made me feel completely at ease at all times. He explained everything in great detail and I felt in safe hands throughout the entire process. The aftercare was excellent; Mr. Chan personally looked after the dressing for 8 weeks post op. His staff were super efficient and always helpful and accommodating. I was 100% satisfied with everything.

I needed to get defective (PIP) breast implants removed, as well as a capsulectomy and I had spent some considerable time researching surgeons who were qualified to undertake this procedure.

Mr Chan was the name that so many recommended with glowing reviews. He was also the surgeon who performed a very successful emergency hand surgery on my father a few years ago so I had a lot of trust that he was the right person.

I am so glad that I chose him. He provided expert care during my surgery and I am deeply grateful not only for the skill and precision of the procedure but also for the thoughtful aftercare and kindness he showed me throughout my recovery. His professionalism, reassurance, and compassion made a world of difference to me, and I feel very fortunate to have been in his care.

Abdominoplasty

I had a sebaceous cyst on my face that required surgical removal. I was very nervous about the procedure and scarring as the location was on my face. However, after meeting with Dr. Chan, my concerns were quickly put at ease. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure and answer all of my questions.

The results of the cyst removal exceeded my expectations. The cyst was removed with a minimal incision and the scarring is so subtle that it’s barely noticeable.

Dr. Chan went above and beyond. Following the procedure, he closely monitored the healing process and provided a scar management plan. I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Chan and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is compassionate and truly dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients.

6 weeks ago I had Endolift done on my jaw and neck, with Dr Chan,at Blackrock clinic, Dublin.

I knew from the consultation with Dr Chan that I wanted to have it done ,
as I had really wanted to find a way to have my jaw and neck tightened, in a non invasive way and without down time.
That is exactly what I got.
