Nurse Lyne prepared me for and guided me through the procedure while Nurse Audrey was always there for me post-procedure with tips on skin care and advice. The loveliness of this clinic, the personnel, and the perpetual availability of both medical and nursing attention never left me frustrated that I had to deal with anything alone.
