This is a surgical procedure to remove loose skin and excess fat deposits in the upper arm. Loss of weight or change of lifestyle to include exercise can alter the shape of the arms. Surgery on the upper arm can help to re-shape the skin and fat of the upper arm to improve the contour of the limb.
