Dr. Ana is an incredibly nice person, and the entire staff is amazing. I visited the clinic to get my lips reduced. While booking my trip, I accidentally chose the wrong destination and ended up in Mexico City instead of Guadalajara. I had to take a bus trip to Guadalajara that lasted nearly 9-11 hours, arriving around 1 a.m. Dr. Ana waited for me the whole time, dropped me off at my Airbnb, and ensured I was safe. Some people enter healthcare for money, while others do it out of passion. Dr. Ana is definitely one of the passionate ones. Everyone at the Rosenstock clinic was really nice. There was a mix up on the price. The doctor seemed like they cared. The results weren't as great as I'd hoped for. Though that's not their fault. Just have to blame this one on how my body healed I believe
