Dr. Ana is an incredibly nice person, and the entire staff is amazing. I visited the clinic to get my lips reduced. While booking my trip, I accidentally chose the wrong destination and ended up in Mexico City instead of Guadalajara. I had to take a bus trip to Guadalajara that lasted nearly 9-11 hours, arriving around 1 a.m. Dr. Ana waited for me the whole time, dropped me off at my Airbnb, and ensured I was safe. Some people enter healthcare for money, while others do it out of passion. Dr. Ana is definitely one of the passionate ones. I’ve been a patient twice…2019 and 2023. The first time, I got upper and lower eye lifts, lower facelifts, and chemical peel and stayed overnight with a 1:1 wonderful nurse in the room with me. The next time I got a chemical peel and wanted a neck lift, but was told during consultation that doing another lower facelift would address the neck. So, I did that again. I did not stay overnight because the staff was making so much noise in adjoining rooms that I decided it best to return to my hotel The surgeons are kind and skilled; the nursing staff were more attentive and professional in 2019, but overall fine in 2023. I felt fine caring for myself with the frequent scheduled follow-up visits with nursing and the docs, more than what you’d get in the US. Thrilled with my results. I look 100% natural, just younger, and fresher, and feel way more confident about my appearance. I’d definitely go back in a few years as needed. I trust the doctors 100%.
