I booked in with IQ following my knee replacement in December 2024, Serena Proctor managed my course, she is thorough and honest and pushes you to your limits, I was back in work in seven weeks thanks to her and my knee was fabulous, I had my second knee replacement 31.03.25, back to Serena for physio, again punishing but with excellent result, had an issue 05.06.25 when I had pushed myself to much and suffered a reaction, went to see Sally Allbrighton and she gave me a thorough examination and has put me back on track. From the minute you are greeted you are in professional hands, would highly recommend. I will visit regularly to keep myself in the best condition.

I have been a patient of Dr Jason Gould for about four years. He helped me to restart enjoying a good quality of life. I have been suffering from back pain and shoulder pain for a very long time. How about the team? The receptionist and the other team members are wonderful people. They are friendly and they always greet us with a warm smile upon our arrival at the clinic. The environment and the ambience at the clinic are very conducive to healthy living and successful healing. The furniture and the decor are out of this world. The place looks very clean. I particularly like listening to the soft music streaming in the back ground. It does help to make you feel so good and so relaxing that you seem to forget what you went in for. Charlotte Barrow is my Chiropractor. I have ongoing problems with arthritis, so I go to Charlotte every month to get some respite. I go in hobbling and walk out straight backed and pain-free. Charlotte is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Always ready to answer any questions I have. She was recommended to me by a friend, and I can pass on that recommendation quite happily.
