I have had severe hip pain, with restricted movement in my neck since lockdown. I had extensive consultation and to follow a treatment which included acupuncture. The whole process was excellent. I felt extremely relaxed and safe with how my treatment and feedback was undertaken. I have already booked three more sessions and even now 24 hours, after my first visit, I’m feeling so much better and a lot more flexible in the areas mentioned above. Highly recommend this clinic and the practitioner. Very good value for money and the visit was undertaken in a private room and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I didn’t know of this clinic before I enquired but ‘what clinic.com’ gave it a good recommendation. Within 30 minutes of logging onto ‘what clinic’ with my enquiry the practitioner rang me and I had booked an appointment for the following day. I am very impressed with ‘what clinic.com’ and also my treatment at this clinic. I have a series of recommended exercises to undertake until my next appointment next week.

I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

Dr Nolan was very friendly and keen to help. Reassured me and gave a management plan for a way forward with bad pain in the lower back. After one adjustment, things felt a lot better and over a few weeks the pain declined. It was so good being pain free, I now see Dr Nolan for a regular check up to keep things pain free.

At a Consultation you will be welcomed and asked to fill out a brief questionnaire relating to your general health and contact details. After watching a short video you will have a better understanding about chiropractic and how your nerves, spine and joints work and can cause pain. You will be given a tour of the clinic and introduced to your chiropractor. Your chiropractor will consult with you in confidence, asking detailed questions relating to your present complaint, past history and lifestyle. You will have the time to provide him with all relevant information. Your area of complaint, entire spine and posture will be examined thoroughly using neurological, orthopaedic and physical tests. The chiropractor uses specialised palpatory techniques which will note changes in your muscle tone and joint movement patterns. These motion tests are also carried out before each treatment to evaluate your progress. If necessary you will be x-rayed or referred for MRI. Your appointment will be made at this time, usually within a few days. We love treating babies at KH Chiropractic Aldgate. Our principle female Chiropractor Karen Habershon has spent many years helping babies with musculoskeletal related issues. Often babies that have a traumatic birth (such as C-section and assisted delivery), can experience some discomfort. Although they can't speak to us about how they feel, there are many details you can obtain from the mothers pregnancy and labour, not to mention the gentle physical examination.Paediatric Chiropractic care is often successful in relaxing unhappy babies using very gentle techniques. The pressures used on a baby are no-where near what would be used on an adult and can be compared to the pressure used to test how ripe fruit is. Your babies Chiropractor will examine the baby for any mechanical dysfunctions that could be causing their symptoms. For instance a baby requiring a C-Section enters the world in a very different way to a vaginal birth. Usually quicker without the usual stroking action as it passes through the mothers pelvic. Assisted births can also result in additional pressure and forces on the skull and body that perhaps would not have occurred if this intervention wasn't necessary. Please understand that if your baby does require a C-section or assisted delivery this decision would have been in your babies best interests at the time. It's important to remember this. Each patient must first visit for an Initial Consultation which includes full history taking, examination and treatment. This lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour and costs £95.Any follow sessions after this last 20 minutes and cost £60.  We do offer packages for those that require a series of treatment which are more cost effective.
