I work as an engineer in Germany and frequently travel to Istanbul for business. Two years ago, I visited Ulus Physiotherapy with a herniated disc and sciatic pain. At the time, my condition was quite severe—even sitting was difficult. After just a few sessions, my pain had noticeably decreased. Before I returned to Germany, they prepared a personalised home exercise program for me. Rather than simply telling me which exercises to do, they also explained why I should do them and what I needed to pay attention to. As an engineer, I understand the importance of data and reasoning, so this approach suited me perfectly. They also continued to support me remotely. Whenever I had questions while I was in Germany, I was able to contact them, and my program was updated when necessary. To be honest, I did not expect this level of continuity. I visit the clinic whenever I come to Istanbul. From time to time, I experience neck and back pain caused by working at a desk. We are usually able to resolve these issues quickly with manual therapy and myofascial techniques. During each visit, they also perform gait and foot-pressure analyses, as well as a 3D posture assessment. Seeing how much progress I have made over the past two years through objective data is a very different and rewarding experience. The clinic is centrally located, so getting there has never been a problem whenever I visit Istanbul. As someone living abroad, it is genuinely difficult to find this kind of consistent and reliable physiotherapy follow-up. I would highly recommend Ulus Physiotherapy to everyone.

I developed plantar fasciitis in November and has done everything and exercises to heal and cure it but all these were to no avail until I came across Compass clinic after 5months.
