From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

I visited Fizyonet for lower back pain and leg numbness that I had been struggling with for months. From the first session, the team was extremely professional, kind and detailed in their assessment. The physiotherapist explained everything clearly and created a treatment plan tailored specifically for my condition. After a few manual therapy and exercise sessions. My pain decreased significantly. I started to feel much more stable and comfortable in daily life. The clinic is clean, modern and easy to reach inside Metropol Istanbul Mall.
