I had lower back pain for years and I do driving for a living. I went for a medical check up for this particular problem to one of the hospitals in istanbul. During my stay in the city I did a bit of research for lower back pain clinic and I found goldenarm healthy living. I met Dr Mangan who is very professional in his chiropractic clinic.

I told him in detail what my problem was and straight after he put me on a blank and did some genius technic to relieve my neck, spine and lower abdomen. It was a very helpful treatment although is not a complete cure for my problem. He then give me further advice on how to best manage my lower back pain and he was keen to even look at my MRI scan but I had bad flu so I stayed away. Overall good clinic with honest approaches. My session lasted less than half an hour.

I have had lower back pain for a good part of the last 6 years - the pain was constant and excruciating. I was in terrible shape when I first went to see Dr. Mangan. After the visit, I felt so much better! I could barely walk when I arrived at my appointment. A few days later, I took a trip in the car and it re-injured my back and I had to be adjusted again. I have a herniated disc and could not walk very well when I arrived back at Dr. Mangan's office.

Dr. Mangan is very kind and knowledgeable and he was able to correct my lower lumbar region and realign my back. He sent me for an MRI because he knew there was more to my pain than what he was seeing. The MRI showed a herniated disc and he explained all of my options and has helped me to get better. I am still not 100% healed but I am very happy with my overall experience with Dr. Mangan! If it weren't for him I wouldn't be walking right now! Thank you so much to Dr. Mangan!!!
