Treatment modalities include deep tissue and Swedish massage, muscle energy techniques, postural correction, joint mobilisations, Mulligan technique, fascia release and dry needling. Clients are provided with individual homecare exercise programmes to ensure return to full fitness is achieved and to prevent reoccurrence of injury.  As a member of An Comhdháil Na Múinteoirí Le Rincí Gaelacha, I have a keen interest in the world of Irish Dancing, and teach alongside my sister at the Pamela Kiernan Academy of Irish Dancing since 2005. I first came to Dani with extreme pain in my neck and little movement, which affected my sleep badly. After the first week of sessions, I could hold my head up straight with little discomfort. By week 2, my aches had lessened, and by week 3, it was as if there was never any pain to begin with. Dani is extremely professional and thorough with every session, and always up for answering my many questions or concerns! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to treat pain in Dublin.
