I have been visiting here ever since it opened and was just Kelly. It’s been so wonderful to see the clinic grow in size and staff! I started off with having cavitation and fat freeze and I’ve moved onto facials and nails and recently I’ve had a tattoo removed that I have been contemplating having removed for years! The process was explained to me fully and in depth with aftercare advice. I expected to experience some pain as it hurts to have a tattoo so surely it would it hurt to have it removed! My experience with hair loss started in my early twenties. It began thinning steadily over the years but it had rapidly progressed by the time I reached thirty. I never wore my hair down and regularly wore toppers as my hair was so transparent on the scalp and around the crown area. It took such a toll on my confidence and I would often be in tears at the thought of losing it. I exhausted all avenues too; various hair vitamins, hair toppers and hair extensions (the latter just exacerbated the problem). In the end, after a lot of research, I came across Horner and Brown in Coventry. We arranged a meeting and discussed my options. Michaela and Emma were very honest about expectations and we decided a combined laser and minoxidil treatment was the way forward. Initially, I lost a lot of hair, I was also shedding my postpartum baby hair so it was a double whammy for me, but over time I began noticing little baby hairs growing all around the front of my head where I had receded. I also felt new hair around my crown and scalp area. I am now at a point where my confidence has been restored, I no longer obsess about my hair and do not worry about the future. My hair feels healthy and fuller and I finally feel confident enough to wear it down. I can’t thank Emma and Michaela enough for their support, professionalism and honesty. I had a cyst above my left eyebrow. It was removed painlessly. I am very happy with the result. Good service.
