Spider Veins Treatment from £200
Sclerotherapy is one technique used to treat spider veins. This involves the use of a very fine needle to inject a solution (sclerosant) directly into the veins. The solution causes the lining of the vein to swell, eventually sealing off the blood vessel and preventing blood flow. After the skin has been thoroughly cleaned with alcohol, the doctor will use a syringe with a tiny needle to inject a small amount of the sclerosing (hardening) solution directly into a vein. The solution displaces the blood within the vein, causing it to blanch or turn white. The vessel then becomes irritated and begins to swell shut. When the needle is withdrawn, pressure is immediately applied to the area. The skin may be kneaded to help disperse the solution and reduce bruising. Each vein may require several injections and most disappear in two weeks to two months.
Facial Thread Veins Treatment from £250
Different types of vein will require differing techniques but in respect of straight forward linear veins, the treatment it applied subepidermally along its length. This is minimally invasive, literally breaching only the top layers of skin, and should not pierce the vessel. The nickel needles are insulated with a micro sheath so as not to cause advert trauma to the surrounding tissue. The effect of the treatment is 'instant' - you see the veins disappearing immediately. Some patients leave the treatment without any real visible sign on the skin, other than the lack of veins, and some with more sensitive skin may suffer minor reddening which should disappear within a few days. The sensation to most is similar to a warm pin prick, others relate it to a minor sting but which does not linger - often it depends upon the location of the treatment. Either way, any discomfort is said to be incomparable to the pain of some laser based treatments and is undoubtedly more effective. All make up and creams must be removed prior to treatment
Sclerotherapy from £400
Foam Sclerotherapy is used to treat spider and varicose veins (if no underlying faulty valves). In this treatment the medication is mixed with air to form a suspension of micro-bubbles. The resulting foam is injected into the vein either directly or under ultrasound guidance. Because foam has a greater surface area than liquid, it is able to stick to the vein walls more effectively and cause faster "shrinkage" of the damaged veins. In clinical trials it has been found that foam-sclerotherapy treatment can be as effective as surgery
Varicose Veins Treatment £1695 - £1995
EVLA (laser treatment): One leg £1695   Two legs £1995 The first step is to come along for a consultation to see one of our vascular specialists. This will include a colour duplex ultrasound scan to determine the underlying cause of your varicose veins i.e. whether you have any faulty valves. The doctor will then discuss the treatment options with you. If EVLA (laser treatment) is required this will be performed as a walk in- walk-out procedure without the need for a general anaesthetic. The procedure takes approximately 20 minutes per leg. A small injection of local anaesthetic will be given to numb the leg, a laser fibre is then inserted into the vein using ultrasound guidance, and this is then slowly pulled out destroying the vein in the process. A compression stocking will need to be worn for a week following treatment. The majority of patients state that this is the only uncomfortable part of the whole procedure. 6 weeks after treatment you will return for follow up where a repeat scan will be undertaken to ensure that the underlying cause of your veins has been solved. At this follow up you may need some foam sclerotherapy injections to remove any outlying veins on the service of the skin. Although any symptoms (aching, itching, throbbing) will be relieved almost immediately after treatment, you don’t tend to see the full cosmetic results for about 2-3 months.

Active Q-Switched Nd:YAG Lasers are considered by dermatologists to be the most effective, safe and reliable way to remove tattoos with consistent predictable results. Harley Skin and Laser has the Lynton Lumina - the most advanced active Q-Switch laser for tattoo removal. This is the only type of laser that is safe and effective for the removal of multi coloured tattoos. Tattoos are of two main types: the Indian ink, amateur tattoo or the multi-coloured, professional tattoo. Single-colour tattoos usually respond best to laser tattoo removal. Multi-coloured, professional tattoos are more difficult to eradicate completely. Black, blue, red and green colours in the tattoo respond best to treatment, but yellow and purple pigment can be more difficult. Green and red coloured tattoos will require different lasers for successful treatment.

Spider Veins Treatment from £180
Mesotherapy £200 - £450
Microneedling from £150
Microneedling (collagen induction therapy) involves using fine needles to create hundreds of tiny, invisible puncture wounds in the top layer of skin. The micro-injuries created stimulates the body’s natural healing processes, resulting in increased collagen and elastin production, which is the key to new, youthful-looking skin. Because of its ability to trigger the generation of new skin cells, dermatologists have found that a few sessions will noticeably reduce fine lines, crow’s feet, and deep wrinkles on the forehead. Microneedling can also be used to reduce appearance of scars, blemishes, age spots, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, enlarged pores, acne and stretch marks. We recommend this treatment every 6 weeks until you have reached your desired result.
