Hyperhidrosis  
Axillary hyperhidrosis is a condition meaning excess underarm perspiration. It is now possible to treat to treat this condition by injecting small amounts into the skin of the armpits, thereby reducing the perspiration there. First of all, a special solution is painted on to the axilla (armpits) .This shows up where the sweat glands are producing excess sweat. Using tiny needles, it is then injected into the skin around the sweat glands. As the needles used are very fine, most people experience either no, or only mild discomfort. It is uncommon for pain relief to be required. The treatment starts to work within about two days and the improvement in the reduced sweating builds up over a period of around 2 weeks. Different people have different responses to treatment, but usually the effect of it will last anything from 6 to 12 months. Subsequent treatments tend to work more effectively and last longer. The effects of it wears off over a period of several months. If it is decided not to have any further treatments, the symptoms will gradually return to exactly the same level they were before the treatment was started. This is a very safe drug and has been used for over 30 years within medical practice with no long term complications or side effects reported. Short term side effects are rare-the most commonly reported side effects are: "flu like" symptoms, tiredness, mild fever, muscle aches and occasional mild discomfort or bruising at the injection site. After the treatment there are no restrictions on driving or returning to work etc.
Skin Tag Removal  
Skin tags (Acrochordon) are very common and found in about 25% of the population. They usually start at any time from 20 years of age onwards and gradually become more common. The skin tags start as tiny brown or skin coloured lesions which gradually increase in size and may become attached to a stalk than can be up to 1 cm in length. The most commonly affected areas are the armpits, neck and groin regions. The lesions themselves are harmless, though patients find them very unsightly and may often catch on clothing and jewellery causing them to bleed. Skin tags can be removed using diathermy. During diathermy an electrical current passes through a tiny needle causing it to heat up this can then be used to cut and remove the skin tags. Small tags usually require no anaesthetic as removal is virtually painless, larger tags will sometimes need administration of local anaesthetic, which then means the treatment with the diathermy will be painless.

Super friendly staff who made me feel welcome straight away. I had laser hair removal and anti-wrinkle injections. The treatment was detailed in person and they made me feel very comfortable asking lots of questions, as I was nervous before. They played very relaxing music and asked me how I felt throughout the laser treatment. Marea gave me my anti-wrinkle injections. She clearly is an expert in her field. Gave me a very natural look and it didn’t hurt at all! I loved that noone noticed it. This is now my go-to clinic.
