I had an otoplasty procedure at London Harley Street Clinics and I honestly did not expect the result to be this amazing. From the very beginning, the surgeon was extremely kind, patient, and caring, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. The aftercare and guidance were excellent. If you carefully follow the surgeon’s advice, you will achieve the results you are hoping for. I am very happy with my outcome and grateful for the professionalism and support I received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering otoplasty.

So far the service has been outstanding. Please note that i have not underwent the surgery yet, due to COVID19 restrictions. However, as soon as i registered interest i was called by Cat, and given all the information necessary. Dr Sutton then took the time to have a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of different WLS options, answering any and all of my queries. The rest of the team have all made contact, and what i have most liked so far is the transparency and simplified documents supplied, to help me understand each element of the procedure, pre and post-op. It is a very nice feeling to know that there is a group of people who are available and welcome any questions you may have, especially when it is such a major life change. I actually had my heart set on a different clinic, but decided to shop around, and Tonic's professionalism (plus value) swayed me.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr Edwin Anthony, Dr Ed to me. He is so delightful and took a lot of time to explain all the good and bad points about the procedure. He helped me have the right expectations and 100% delivered. Before the Vaser Lipo, my confidence was on the floor after having had my son, and the loss of my figure and being a mother had more of an impact than I knew. The Vaser 360 lipo has changed the way I feel about myself; my confidence is high, and my outlook is bright. I love my new body, and I love Dr Ed. After years of being concerned over my acne prone skin I had a consultation with the Doctor at Zenith in Harley Street. I had really scarred skin and was really conscious about it. I’m much more confident about it and the scarring has improved massively also recommended supplements which have helped calm my skin down. Can’t recommend highly enough. My skincare regime was pretty basic but now I’ve introduced a calming serum and changed my cleanser it’s seemed to have been less of an irritant and it feels calmer. I’m planning on having a peel just to improve the scarring further and the doctor told me to prep my face first which I’ve been doing. I was really nervous initially and the whole team was so friendly. Thank you.
