Numbing cream is applied on the area to be corrected. The appropriate filler is then injected into the skin near or on the nose. Numbing cream will not be applied if the injectable fillers include a freezing agent called lidocaine.

Rhinoplasty is one of the most desired cosmetic procedures, but many patients are concerned about complications, recovery time and the risk of unfavorable surgical results. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a safe, non invasive alternative to traditional rhinoplasty. The procedure involves a dermal filler injection to reshape the nose and is an excellent, affordable option for people who want to reshape their nose without surgery. Result are instant, no general anaesthetic is required and there is no prolonged recovery period. However, not all cases can be resolved using this procedure so an individual diagnosis is very important to ensure that the desired results can be achieved.
Fat Reduction Injections from £260
Intralipotherapy with AQUALYX  is a treatment to sculpt the body. It is not a treatment to lose weight but to shape those areas of unwanted fat that are resistant to diet and exercise or are related to estrogen activity, such as the hips in some women.   This is an alternative to liposuction for some patients that are not interested in surgery and it is a permanent treatment which causes the destruction of fat cells in the place of infiltration. This treatment can be performed in any area of access fat, to shape the body. However, the most common areas are the hips, abdomen, buttocks and the so-called love handles, arms, back or chin. The treatment works best in small areas, and more than one session is usually required, depending on the desired result. There is usually a gap of 3 to 4 weeks between sessions. Following treatment you may experience some bruising and swelling in the treated area, this is temporary and usually lasts only a few days. It is not a painful treatment and involves the use of a local anaesthetic. A consultation is required to establish which areas can be treated and to give you an idea of how many sessions will be required to complete your course.
Spider Veins Treatment from £150
Sclerotheraphy is a treatment considered to be the gold standard for removing unsightly thread veins on the legs. Treatment consists of tiny injections into the little red veins which leads to inflammation and causes the veins to constrict and collapse. It is a fast procedure that takes between 15 mins and an hour, depending of the severity of the veins, and usually requires more than one session. After the treatment the veins can look a little worse but in the course of the next few weeks you will notice the result. With this treatment it is possible to stop thread veins from spreading  but we can't stop them appearing in areas that have not been treated. It is therefore recommended that, following initial treatment, a session is carried out once a year in areas where they are beginning to appear.
