Appointments are single-occupancy — there is no shared waiting room and no overlap with another patient, so you will not see anyone else in the clinic. For the kind of care we provide, that is usually the thing that decides whether someone books at all. Every price is published and all-in. The figure you are quoted covers the procedure, the clinician's time and basic aftercare. There is no separate consultation fee and no package you have to buy up front — you are billed one session at a time. The only exception is a ₱500 diagnostic consultation for skin lesions, credited back against the procedure if you book the same day. The clinic is founded and led by Jas Macusi, RN (PRC no. 0901626), who carries out treatment personally. All clinicians are PRC-licensed and practising within their attested scope; devices are FDA-cleared for their indication. Where something falls outside what we do — a surgical case, a complex dermatological referral, cervical screening — we say so plainly and point you to the right person rather than working around the limits of what we offer. Open Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, strictly by appointment.

The price covers the procedure and basic aftercare — no separate consultation fee. We treat external lesions. Internal urethral and anal canal lesions are referred to a colorectal specialist, and we prepare the referral at no charge.
Wart Removal from ₱1500
Removal of ordinary viral warts — common warts on hands and knuckles, flat warts, filiform warts, and plantar warts on the soles — by electrocautery. ₱1,500 per body part, with an unlimited number of lesions inside the treated area. Three warts across one hand is one charge, not three. Plantar warts are quoted after assessment: they sit under a thick callus, grow downward under body weight, and realistically need 2–4 sessions. We would rather quote that accurately in person than publish a number that turns out to be the first of several.
