So far the service has been outstanding. Please note that i have not underwent the surgery yet, due to COVID19 restrictions. However, as soon as i registered interest i was called by Cat, and given all the information necessary. Dr Sutton then took the time to have a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of different WLS options, answering any and all of my queries. The rest of the team have all made contact, and what i have most liked so far is the transparency and simplified documents supplied, to help me understand each element of the procedure, pre and post-op. It is a very nice feeling to know that there is a group of people who are available and welcome any questions you may have, especially when it is such a major life change. I actually had my heart set on a different clinic, but decided to shop around, and Tonic's professionalism (plus value) swayed me.

I had a sleeve gastrectomy at the Lindo Wing, St Mary's Hospital. It was the hardest decision of my life but I am so glad I did this. I was instantly put to comfort after speaking with Mr. Ahmed. His expertise and research speak for itself. Mr. Ahmed is a wonderful surgeon. I recovered very quickly and so far extremely pleased with the results. This team is the best in London and Mr. Ahmed is a highly regarded expert in bariatric surgery. Lots of respect for them all. Thank you, team.
