I have just had Cataract surgery at the Esnaf Hospital and I want to express my thanks to Doctor Nazir E Demirci and her team for looking after me and helping me to get through the procedure. Doctor Demirci was kind and understanding. I also want to mention the translator Emre Can. He was so helpful and reassuring and made me feel relaxed and positive about the procedure. He checked with me that I was happy throughout the process. I think he is an excellent representative of how staff should present themselves within the Esnaf Hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who needs medical treatment or advise His communication skills are first-class. The Esnaf hospital is very clean and a comfortable place to be.

Sleeve Gastrectomy is a simpler, more effective surgical weight-loss procedure, used in obesity treatment. During sleeve gastrectomy, about 80% of the stomach is removed, leaving  a tube-shaped stomach, about the size and shape of a banana. The simplest method to help lose weight is the gastric balloon treatment. A balloon filled with liquid or air is placed inside the stomach with the help of an endoscope. You will be sedated for the procedure. All the procedure takes up to 15 - 20 minutes.  The capacity of nutritional intake is reduced and intragastric balloon slows down the time it takes to empty the stomach and it seems to change the levels of hormones that control appetite. I had the sleeve 2 weeks ago, I’m doing well now, and I’m on my mash phase. At first I was a little bit nervous bc I didn’t now at all about the clinic, and of course it was there a language barrier another country etc. but the the coordinator and the stuff there ut was everything perfect, they kept all the promises me, gave and it was everything so quickly done. I was picked up with a vip transfer to the hospital also back, and I had detailed controls. Now I’m happy at home with a new stomach and I’m feeling just wonderful. Just do it you won’t regret it . I’m so happy.
