This Institute of Chinese Medicine is Ireland’s premier teaching facility for traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. The Institute has two facilities located at Sanford Road and Richmond Road in Dublin. The goal of the institute is to teach students to become caring and ethical practitioners who deliver services of a high standard in their individual clinics. The Institute also offers short courses for the continuing professional development of practitioners. Courses offered include graduate and post graduate courses in acupuncture, Tui Na massage, traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese herbal medicine and biomedical acupuncture.

The Maypark Clinic is located on the main Malahide Road close to Donnycarney Church. It is situated on the ground floor with extensive car parking outside the main door.

Spa treatments at the clinic include body wraps, massages, facials and weight loss treatments. Prof M Saleem Khan is the Founder President and Former Principal of the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland. Since 1987 he has trained over 600 professionals in how to apply Cosmetic Acupuncture in such a way that there is no need of facial injectibles.  He also does Okland Massage, a cupping therapy special technique which uplifts the face, gets rid of wrinkles, firms the tummy, boosts your energy and may have many more benefits. Prof Khan is also a visiting associate professor at one of the most prestigious universities, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  He is also a Pain Specialist and has worked in this capacity over the last 28 years.
