I’ve been to Novusklinik for three visits now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I used to think going to the dentist would be an unpleasant experience, but I’ve had a very enjoyable experience so far. My teeth look SO MUCH better than they did beforehand. Thank you, guys!

The clinic is simply amazing. Everything is state of the art and the doctors are very professional, friendly and patient as is the staff. Everything was planned and organised down to the smallest detail. I have to praise Ali, the manager, who answered every question in advance by phone and gave my friend the best advice. We really had an all-round carefree package. Ali had organised everything perfectly, the pick-up at the airport, the very nice hotel, which was only a few metres away from the clinic. Ali was always there for us for 24 hours on 7 days. Ali had always made you laugh, even if you couldn't laugh at the moment, his positive nature is just wonderful. I had a great experience at my dentist Istanbul Dis AKADEMISI, the staff were very friendly and my dental work was pain free and administered with care. It was an unusually pleasant trip to the dentist! I was seen promptly by doctors and nurses, who were both attentive and supportive. Their kind and thoughtful attention were thoroughly professional and reassuring. Thank you all for looking after me so well.

Enquired on Sunday while out of the blue while out in Bodrum on holiday. Was booked in on Monday 3pm for Zoom tooth whitening at least HALF the cost of the UK. Fantastic service, staff were very accommodating, friendly and polite. They were fantastic and answered any questions and even assisted in getting me a taxi afterwards.Having had dental treatment in the UK within the last few weeks this surgery was equally (if not better) equipped and staff just as knowledgeable. I do intend to return for treatment in future as dentistry in the UK is excessively costly.

He returned me life quality, an excellently professional friendly and credible, the right person I was lucky to meet. I live in Jerusalem. A year ago I was in a course of intensive research to find a suitable treatment for my upper jaw that suffered severe loss of bone, which according to most dentists I have consulted with, required vast sinus lift procedures. I was not ready to enter into such a procedure in my advanced age and my research was focused on specialists dealing with such situations and alternative systems. I inquired a lot and within that I encountered Dr. Baysal, as a potential “candidate” for a deeper check. I was assisted by my son in law Dr. Robert Borgos, who himself is an excellent dentist as well, and I contacted Dr. Baysal via WhatsApp. The correspondence with Dr. Baysal has led me to travel to Istanbul to meet him for getting a closer impression to learn more about his way of working, his personality and his dental clinic. I was impressed by his passion, his personality and professionalism. He explained me about what he called the “ Baysal System”, working with a tool he has developed. More I was impressed by his careful attitude not to recommend a treatment, unless having more CT scan data. He did not rely on what I brought with me. I liked his careful attitude to avoid immediate loading. I felt like he was reluctant about gaining new clients, but was conducted more by giving appropriate advice. I returned to my country and have sent Dr. Baysal new CT scanned according to his requirements. He studied them and recommended me a treatment plan. Dr. Robert and me have started intensive correspondence and talks with Dr. Baysal to learn exactly his treatment plan and get clarifications. At the end of the day I have decided to have the treatment done by Dr. Baysal. I made the operation at his clinic, he was so friendly so his staff and at the end of the day I got 6 implants. After vast bone work I was recommended to return after 4 months. I returned but after taking a ct scan for being more safe we decided not to postpone the final work of bridge and crowns for 2 months later. I came back and got wonderful teeth, a reliable friend, I am happy. Thanks, DR. Baysal and your team.

From the very first phone call, I felt comfortable with DentaPoint. My consultant Ozzy kept in contact throughout. The driver picked me up at the airport clinic was 200 meters from the hotel. When I arrived the morning of my treatment (implants ) Ozzy met me and my wife and explained the whole process I met the dentist Mahunt and his assistant Cansel were kind and courteous. Hygiene was impeccable. The actual procedure took an hour for 5 implants I had some stitches. Still healing well. I'm looking forward to healing and getting back to finish my treatment.

P.S I had 11 implants, 12 extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and then 24 zirconium crowns ( individual and implant supported bridges) Most of the work work was done in the first week there in May and I have just returned last week from having my second visit where my permanent crowns/bridges were fitted. Excellent value and the hotels they put me in ( the qinn and Ramada Plaza) were a treat too.

The driver pick me up from the hotel to attend the appointment and dropped me off the hotel after the appointment. I have 7 teeth exacted and 9 implants done. The operation went well so far despite the pain. I can't wait to go back to have my Permanent crowns done this October. I would be pleased if Umut Dental Clinic could pay me some money to cover the cost of my hotel accommodation and airport transfer for my first visit.

I had a dental implant at Ihlamur Dental Practice in Istanbul recently. I must say that the whole process went very smoothly. The transport to and from the airport was very comfortable. The surgery was clean and the staff were very polite, professional and ready to help. I was pleased to communicate in English language with with Dr Karabey and found him an excellent communicator. He explained every step of the procedure and provided me with good enough post-operation information and documentation. I am happy to recommend him to my friends and family for dental implant.

I had extensive dental work done at Esnan in Istanbul and my teeth were not in line as well as my bite. I sent photos to lots of dentists and they all told me the same that they were done wrong and needed to be done again. So I went with Cadde dentist and you can imagine I was very apprehensive but all I can say is thank you to all the staff at Cadde they work I had done is perfect and I would gladly recommend them to anybody. And to anybody thinking of getting their teeth done please just go to Cadde and it will save you alot of heartache and money.

Amazing From start to finish. As someone who was super nervous, we arrived at a VIP welcome at the airport. We were taken to a lovely hotel, where again we were made to feel very welcome. The next day was my first visit to A Dent clinic. Super clean, very hi-tech and was welcomed like we were family. After 2d, and 3d scans and X-rays. We (myself, 2 dentists, a dental surgeon and honour) what my plan would be. After deciding what I wanted (zero pressure from the staff.. purely support and understanding) I was in the chair. I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. I had 3 bone grafts, 2 sinus lifts teeth removed (due to bone decapitation) teeth prepared for veneers and 7 implants. Whilst all this sounds brutal, hand on heart I was so well numbed and taken care of it was no worse than having 1 tooth out! I was taken back (VIP transport) to the hotel after my treatment. I expected to feel bad but it never happened!! Myself and my brother (who accompanied me) went out to explore Antalya the same night! After a couple of days of rest, I was back in the chair for my permanent veneers to be put in place and OMG! They are beautiful! I opted for a natural look and colour and I wasn't disappointed at all! Stunning stunning stunning!!! Couldn't be happier. I'm back in 12 weeks after my implants have healed to have my top jaw teeth placed and I can't wait! Honor is an absolute legend in every single way as are ALL the staff at this clinic. If I could give 10 stars I would! You won't regret choosing this place! I'll see you all in 12 weeks!

Fabulous service from start to finish! Great communication before I left the UK and they can't do enough for you. We were picked up by luxury taxi and received a wonderful greeting on arrival at the clinic. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and the clinic is so bright and high tech. Dr Fuat Biter paid meticulous attention to detail to perfect my new smile and didn't stop until he had it right even though it made him really late off on a Friday night. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I had a broken dental bridge on my front upper seven teeth, I slipped and fell chipping one of the teeth and damaging the bridge, I also had decay on another tooth at the back that was beyond repair. I did a lot of research online looking for a good dentist, I am going to four weddings over the next few months and needed to get the work done as soon as possible, but only have one week of annual leave to travel. They managed to fit me around their pre-booked workload, going to have medical work done on something as visual as your front teeth in another country when not speaking the language is a little daunting. After talking to Tulay the sales and translator lady I felt reassured (she's lovely). On arriving at the dentist on a Monday morning I was immediately impressed, the place was very modern had all the latest equipment and was very clean. All the staff made me feel very welcome, they are all very professional and caring. The quality of the treatment I received was exceptional (better than I have had in the UK). Part of my treatment was to remove my decayed tooth and insert an implant, I opted for the best system as a house is only as good as its foundations, I will return later in the year to get the crown fitted (minimum of 3 months for the bone to grow around the threads) and get crowns fitted onto my other teeth. I would highly recommend using this dentist the quality/cost and the fantastic staff made it a pleasure (as much as a trip to the dentist can be). Nothing but positive things to say about Surgery, I mean the entire team! I had the best experience with them. if I visit İstanbul again (not for the surgery anymore lol) I will definitely visit them just to have a coffee with these lovely people!
