i was quite happy with the customer service of the receptionists, they were pretty friendly and efficient. The dentist was very understanding and tried hard to put me at ease as I really hate going to dentists! I had scaling done on the spot and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. When I experienced pain, he would slow down or stop, and gave some much needed encouragement & assurance. I'm sure he found me quite irritating, but he was very professional and hid it well :) I would definitely go back to Dentalpro for all future dental work.
