I was looking for a dentist in Maltepe. But I was very afraid of implant treatment. I came to Istanbul Dental Academy on the recommendation of my friends. All the staff were very attentive and the doctor calmed me down very well before making the implant. They made my implant in 15 minutes and it was really light, I didn't even feel it. Since I was very satisfied with the implant treatment, I decided to have my other procedures done at Istanbul Dental Academy. I told them that I was not satisfied with my smile and they told me that they could make a smile design with zirconium crown. They are extremely fast because they have their own laboratory. They made my mouth full of zirconium crown within 4 days, allowing me to have a very beautiful smile. All dentists are experts in their profession. Compared to most quality places, their prices are quite affordable. I completed my root canal treatment, filling, implant treatment and zirconium crown treatments painlessly in this clinic. I first went to Izmir to have veneers fitted in 2007 and they lasted me until this year (2022) when the ageing process of shrinking gums etc dictated it was time to renew them. The dentist I saw in 2007 was not available, so I did some research and found West Dent Dental Clinic. I contacted their practice and had many WhatsApp chats with their staff who were always ready to answer any queries I had. I was researching three potential clinics, but chose West Dent based on feedback and price. I arrived in Izmir, using Turkish Airlines, late evening and was met by Cavit, who was my driver and point of contact for the duration of my stay. I attended the busy practice the next day (chauffeured by Cavit) and met the lovely English interpreter and the equally lovely and knowledgeable young lady dentist- unfortunately I do not know their names, but the dentist who treated me was named ‘Spring’ as an English translation. She quickly and efficiently removed my old veneers (I had the front six replaced). The operation was not painful, but was a bit uncomfortable. I was repeatedly offered anaesthetic if I felt I needed it. Once the old veneers were removed, my teeth were cleaned and impressions taken for the technician to work to. My veneers are porcelain. I went back two days later for a fitting. I had arranged to stay In Izmir for ten days so I could have a short break as well as dental treatment. When my new veneers were fitted I felt they were too large and before I could say anything, the dentist removed them from my mouth and immediately said she was not happy with them. She then took new impressions for a further set of veneers to be made. There was no fuss or drama, she wasn’t prepared to accept what, she considered to be, not good enough. As I said, I had 10 days in Izmir, so I had plenty of time to wait for the replacements. When the new veneers arrived they were a perfect fit, but very straight. I have an unusually large overbite and wanted them slightly shorter and slightly uneven. This the dentist achieved for me once they were cemented in. All my experiences at West Dent Clinic were positive. The staff were happy and obliging, nothing was too much trouble - would I recommend them? Yes, I definitely would. Some advice I would give is that if you are coming to West Dent for treatment, you should be prepared to be flexible with your appointment times. This is a busy dental practice subject to the dental needs and emergencies of their local patients. I had my appointment time changed a few times, but I was given plenty of notice and, as I was being collected, it made no difference to me. Once again, I would thoroughly recommend the staff and treatment I received at West Dent Clinic. Thank you lovely team-I think about you every time I smile.With kindest regards to you all.

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

P.S I had 11 implants, 12 extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and then 24 zirconium crowns ( individual and implant supported bridges) Most of the work work was done in the first week there in May and I have just returned last week from having my second visit where my permanent crowns/bridges were fitted. Excellent value and the hotels they put me in ( the qinn and Ramada Plaza) were a treat too.

Painless quick and professional excellent transfers and a nice hotel Polite staff. Never used to go dentist but would refer this dentist to anyone!!

Well, what can I say? My treatment was nothing but exceptional. The attention to detail and pure craftsmanship were for me astounding. My teeth look authentic and suit my face very well. He is kind caring and gentle to those who have a little anxiety with dental treatment. When I thought it was good enough, he persisted in giving my new teeth a little more attention. I’m going home a happy more confident man. Smiling all the way home. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had extensive dental work done at Esnan in Istanbul and my teeth were not in line as well as my bite. I sent photos to lots of dentists and they all told me the same that they were done wrong and needed to be done again. So I went with Cadde dentist and you can imagine I was very apprehensive but all I can say is thank you to all the staff at Cadde they work I had done is perfect and I would gladly recommend them to anybody. And to anybody thinking of getting their teeth done please just go to Cadde and it will save you alot of heartache and money.

Fantastic service and great value. Dr Oben is an amazing dentist who will take good care of you. All the tools are modern and the care is professional. I don't think you will find a better dentist in Antalya.

I am trying to write down a review since few days now, but whatever I'll be writing, it will not describe enough the great experience I had with Dr Kubra and her Team: Angel & Can. Dr Kubra, Angel and Can are humans with big hearts, very professional and the best dentists I ever met. The treatment journey was all conducted thoroughly, efficiently, painlessly and smoothly with an indescribable level of professionalism. I've received excellent treatment with an unbelievable result at the end of the journey. I got back my smile of my 20s (Bridges, Root canal and Zirconia crowns) ... looks like they knew me and knew how my original teeth looked like. What is sure is ... only Dr Kubra and her team are allowed to touch my mouth from now on until the last day of my life. I would highly recommend doctor Kubra to anyone looking for a very good quality treatment, very high level of professionalism and most importantly ... team members with big hearts. I had a broken dental bridge on my front upper seven teeth, I slipped and fell chipping one of the teeth and damaging the bridge, I also had decay on another tooth at the back that was beyond repair. I did a lot of research online looking for a good dentist, I am going to four weddings over the next few months and needed to get the work done as soon as possible, but only have one week of annual leave to travel. They managed to fit me around their pre-booked workload, going to have medical work done on something as visual as your front teeth in another country when not speaking the language is a little daunting. After talking to Tulay the sales and translator lady I felt reassured (she's lovely). On arriving at the dentist on a Monday morning I was immediately impressed, the place was very modern had all the latest equipment and was very clean. All the staff made me feel very welcome, they are all very professional and caring. The quality of the treatment I received was exceptional (better than I have had in the UK). Part of my treatment was to remove my decayed tooth and insert an implant, I opted for the best system as a house is only as good as its foundations, I will return later in the year to get the crown fitted (minimum of 3 months for the bone to grow around the threads) and get crowns fitted onto my other teeth. I would highly recommend using this dentist the quality/cost and the fantastic staff made it a pleasure (as much as a trip to the dentist can be).
