Here is my full detailed review of my treatment with Dr Cem Baysal: I first got in contact with Dr Baysal in the summer of 2022 after vast online research for dental work abroad. I came across Dr Baysal on whatclinic as he was number 1 rated in Istanbul. He had THOUSANDS of fantastic reviews backed up with decades of experience as well as being a professor in dentistry at multiple universities across Europe. It seemed a no-brainer to go with Dr. Baysal. I contacted Dr. Baysal via WhatsApp and gave him a brief overview of my dental situation and what I require. He then proceeded to make suggestions and sent his price list and fees for various treatments. Once I booked my flights he booked me in for an initial consultation the day after I land in Istanbul. I arrived in Istanbul November 2022 and discussed what I desired and created a treatment plan with Dr. Baysal. Upon reviewing the tomography (£35) Dr. Baysal advised I can have 3 dental implants for my missing teeth. The next day Dr. Baysal performed the initial implant surgery. I was given plenty of anaesthetic in and around the implant area so the surgery was painless. Just some pushing and pressure in the jawbone as you can imagine with inserting implants. Once the anaesthetic had worn off there was a little bit of pain but nothing ibuprofen couldn’t deal with. Dr. Baysal prescribed me 5 days worth of antibiotics to take post-surgery to avoid any potential infections. After the surgery, I was able to return home and needed to return after 5-6 months; known as the osteointegration period. After 6 months I returned in May 2023 to finish my treatment. Again this was an easy WhatsApp message to Dr. Baysal to let him know of my return. Upon returning I had another tomography to review the implants and make sure they were successful which they were. Now we could proceed with completing the dental implants. As well as the dental implants I discussed crowning 6 of my other upper teeth to create a nice natural smile. Dr. Baysal said this was possible so we created impressions for the crowns on my natural teeth and the dental implants. The preparation for the crowns was painless, performing ‘shoulder preparation’ which is a high-level skill to maintain gum health and the life of your teeth. Dr. Baysal and his fantastic dental nurses always provide plenty of anaesthetics to make sure you don’t feel anything throughout the procedure. Once my teeth were prepped for crowns and my implants ready for abutments and crowns Dr. Baysal placed temporary crowns over my teeth (mimicking my natural teeth) so I could carry on eating and drinking as normal. 6 days had passed and my crowns were ready to be fitted. This again was painless, the only uncomfortable parts of the process were the cold air on my prepped teeth which were sensitive and finishing the tightening of the dental implants. Once this was completed Dr. Baysal made sure my bite was correct and everything was secure and that I was happy with my new smile. Which I absolutely am! My treatment of 3 dental implants and 6 zirconium crowns came to roughly €7000 (£6000 £1=€1.15). This was half of what the treatment would have costed at my private dentist in the UK. Dr. Baysal’s clinic is located in the very affluent area of Nisantisi in Istanbul so it’s a pleasant stay in one of the many affordable local hotels. I have recommended Dr. Baysal to at least a dozen friends and family in the week after finishing my treatment and returning to the UK. They love my smile and the natural look of my teeth. Dr. Baysal offers a very natural-looking solution, making sure your crowns are shaped and in a shade that match your natural teeth. Dr. Baysal is a master in what he does. You’re probably reading this review as you are looking to come to Turkey for affordable dental treatment. Dr. Baysal’s prices are on the higher end for Turkey’s standards but his reviews and skills speak for themself and compared to UK prices, very affordable! Thank you Dr. Baysal and team. I highly recommend Dr. Jehova Rafa without reservation! I have been at dentists around the world due to an accident I had when I was 11 years old. I had a lot of operations until I was 28 years old, but there were still some things to do on my lower jaw. I was looking for a relatively pain-free and affordable treatment. A dentist in Germany suggested implanting gum from my palate to give my lower jaw more stability. Others from the U.S suggested implants or bridges. All this means destroying additional teeth that are basically still healthy. Dr. Jehova Rafa on the other hand suggested veneers and he corrected four teeth within a week. I can't tell you enough how happy that makes me. Finally, a dentist who's not just seeing a "money-making-machine" in me, but has my best interests in mind! I love the result! It gives me so much confidence and I can finally smile like a beautiful butterfly! If you're looking for a trustworthy dentist, Dr. Jehova Rafa is the way to go!

Hello everyone. I was in this clinic just last week. I have to mention before I go there I had little more stress, that I didn't know where I'm going or what gonna happen to me. But when I talked to Joe, and he explained everything to me, about fixing my teeth and all I need to know. Also helped me to find a good hotel to stay in. I got more trust to this clinic, when I arrive in Yuma driver came to pick me up and brought me to the clinic in Los Algodones. Then I found all people who work there are so friendly and very professional. I couldn't believe they put 11 crown in my gum in just 3 days, so beautiful. I'm very pleased and super happy. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone if you need to go there. I had a very good experience, and I wish I knew this office in my life long before. Super nice people, they treat me like family from driver to front desk and all groups of dentists. Very friendly and professional people. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

One pair of upper/lower dentures for husband. And new upper denture and a repair on my previous upper denture. They listened to our concerns and did an amazing job. Will return if needed. All fits well.

I filled out the form, They got back to me right away. I flew to san diego, they arranged transport. I was in and out in 6 hours. I had a CT Scan done preop and they changed the plan (they are very thorough). Ended up doing 5 implants installed and 6 teeth pulled. Stayed overnight at the hotel they recommended. They drove me or arranged the car for all of my movements. Next morning did a follow-up appointment and then caught the van back to San Diego. Everyone is very professional and they all speak good English. This could not have gone any smoother. Price was basically 1/2 of California. Will be returning for the crowns in about 6 months. Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. In this long term process, each stage was explained properly so I am indeed very grateful for all the work done.

I spent 4 days in Progresso Mexico with Dental Artistry getting a lot of dental work done that I had neglected for quite some time due to no insurance coverage and high cost here in the US. The crossing was easy, no problems.... felt safe the entire trip. They did what is called dental imaging that was not offered here in the US and made a big difference aesthetically. The work was very professionally done, paying attention to detail and making sure I was happy with the results. They brought in an orthodontist to do my 5 root canals. I had my front 3 teeth recently done (1 year before) in the US and was not pleased with the way they looked (too big and crooked) they redid those that look amazing. Most of the upper and lower arches were redone with crowns and one bridge on top. The top arch looked like I had worn braces to get the perfect smile and was done using the imaging machine. The color matched exactly what I asked for. They have their own modern lab across the street and do all the work themselves. I have never had this level of work like this....I cannot say enough about how pleased I am and will definitely be back.
