I had my teeth done at Istanbul Dental Academy. It was an unbelievable experience for me, my doctors were knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything and the details manager Onur was so kind before the process I have some anxiety about treatments, but he took all the worries out of my mind. He returned me life quality, an excellently professional friendly and credible, the right person I was lucky to meet. I live in Jerusalem. A year ago I was in a course of intensive research to find a suitable treatment for my upper jaw that suffered severe loss of bone, which according to most dentists I have consulted with, required vast sinus lift procedures. I was not ready to enter into such a procedure in my advanced age and my research was focused on specialists dealing with such situations and alternative systems. I inquired a lot and within that I encountered Dr. Baysal, as a potential “candidate” for a deeper check. I was assisted by my son in law Dr. Robert Borgos, who himself is an excellent dentist as well, and I contacted Dr. Baysal via WhatsApp. The correspondence with Dr. Baysal has led me to travel to Istanbul to meet him for getting a closer impression to learn more about his way of working, his personality and his dental clinic. I was impressed by his passion, his personality and professionalism. He explained me about what he called the “ Baysal System”, working with a tool he has developed. More I was impressed by his careful attitude not to recommend a treatment, unless having more CT scan data. He did not rely on what I brought with me. I liked his careful attitude to avoid immediate loading. I felt like he was reluctant about gaining new clients, but was conducted more by giving appropriate advice. I returned to my country and have sent Dr. Baysal new CT scanned according to his requirements. He studied them and recommended me a treatment plan. Dr. Robert and me have started intensive correspondence and talks with Dr. Baysal to learn exactly his treatment plan and get clarifications. At the end of the day I have decided to have the treatment done by Dr. Baysal. I made the operation at his clinic, he was so friendly so his staff and at the end of the day I got 6 implants. After vast bone work I was recommended to return after 4 months. I returned but after taking a ct scan for being more safe we decided not to postpone the final work of bridge and crowns for 2 months later. I came back and got wonderful teeth, a reliable friend, I am happy. Thanks, DR. Baysal and your team.

Full mouth implants Wow!! What an experience! I have never been happy with my teeth, even as a boy. Looking back on old photographs, I found it sad that I wasn't smiling in any of them. My daughter is getting married this week and I decided to look to Turkey to try to give me the work I needed to be able to smile confidently at my daughters wedding. From my first enquiry, I was made to feel so special and that I was going to be looked after. I was eased through the process with care and total understanding. I wanted something done quickly and this request was met with total ease. I accepted the quote for the treatment and the rest is history. I was met from the airport in a limousine, taken to a wonderful hotel, where I was served room service at 01.30. The next morning I was met at the hotel and taken to the clinic, which happened to be a 20 second walk from the hotel. The clinic looked like the surgery on the Starship Enterprise! State of the art. After signing paperwork, I was escorted up for my treatment. After discussing the results of my X-rays with the dentist, I asked if I could change our agreed treatment plan and go for total extraction and full implants. This request was re worked, a new plan agreed almost instantly and it required me to stay an extra day. I re booked my return flight and the treatment started. I was in the chair for nearly nine hours and I can honestly say, it was a fantastic experience. I hate dentistry and everything that goes with it, hence needing thos treatment! But it was completely painless and I found myself, enjoying the treatment and marvelling at what was going in! The staff were amazing and I never had less than 4 people around me comforting me, putting me at my ease and just making the whole experience special. I was prepared for pain, swelling, and being uncomfortable, but thought it a price worth paying for the results I wanted. Well none of that happened. It was pain free, even after the local anesthetic wore off. I slept like a baby after the first day and awoke the next morning, with no pain, and my swelling had gone down. I was there 4 nights and kept waiting for the pain, but it didn't happen! If I didn't know better, I would say it was witchcraft? My temporary implants were fitted on my last day and it felt like I was born with them. I could speak properly instantly and after a couple of days, eating felt normal. It was a wonderful experience, the staff were amazing and I was treated like a celebrity. That is something that should happen in the UK, but sadly doesn't. I can not recommend this treatment by these wonderful people highly enough. It almost felt like a religious experience to me. I can't wait to go back in 6 months time for my permanent implants. I can't stop smiling and I love it.

The driver pick me up from the hotel to attend the appointment and dropped me off the hotel after the appointment. I have 7 teeth exacted and 9 implants done. The operation went well so far despite the pain. I can't wait to go back to have my Permanent crowns done this October. I would be pleased if Umut Dental Clinic could pay me some money to cover the cost of my hotel accommodation and airport transfer for my first visit.

I went to Ihlamur Dent for all on 4. After being picked up from our hotel by a wonderful dental nurse, she took us a short distance to the clinic. I was very impressed with what I saw. All high tec and spotlessly clean. Everyone made me instantly feel at ease. I had a 2D scan and was told I had lost a lot of bone in my upper jaw. I was then taken for a 3D scan. After the doctors examined the scan in depth with me, they then told me I could still go ahead with the implants but would need 6 in the top jaw to hold the permanent teeth, This made me happy. I am a very nervous patient but I can honestly say after having the local Anaesthetic I did not feel any pain from the procedure. Yes there was some discomfort that evening, but with the painkillers, antibiotics and small ice packs, it did not last long. I have been given temporary dentures for now and have to go back at the end of January for my permanent teeth. I am so glad I chose this clinic and would definitely recommend it, they were kind, considerate, understanding and very professional.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

This is now my go to dentist!! I came across this dentist when I was looking for dentists in Turkey as here in the stages dentistry is very expensive. I had 20 Emax Veneers done because I had small teeth and when I smiled my teeth weren’t showing so I wanted to change the my smile and be more confident with myself. I was hesitant to have my teeth filed as I didn’t really want to as my teeth were healthy, Dr Kubra was able to only file a small amount so that the veneer would fit on top. It took about 5 days in total from the first day I arrived to finally having them fitted. We had some fittings done to check how I feel about them and if any changes needed to be done. She took into consideration all of my opinions and made them exactly how I wanted them. They are perfect and I couldn’t be happier, thank you so much Dr Kubra you are fantastic. Also thanks to Sarah who speaks English and was able to be a support for me and keeping me informed on everything that was happening while I was having the treatment. I will be coming back to visit Dr Kubra and everyone at the clinic.

I went to the clinic to get my teeth cleaned and whitened. The team are fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. They made me feel so comfortable and we were constantly checking in on me to make sure I was doing fine. I would 100% recommend this dental clinic for all your dental needs!!

Every member of the team I encountered was completely lovely and reassuring. Before the procedure, I was very anxious and expecting a traumatic experience. The surgeon made me feel completely at ease and comfortable within seconds of entering the room. I have never felt so relaxed at any sort of healthcare appointment/consultation. Unfortunately, I did not catch the specific names of people I dealt with during my hospital stay but they were as fantastic as the whole Surgero team! Definitely recommend for any plastic surgery in Istanbul!
