I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. My husband and I felt completely comfortable from the moment we entered the office. It is clean, the equipment is up to date, and the staff is very helpful and professional. My original plan was to just get 3 implants; however, after meeting with Dr. Cem and discussing my overall oral condition, he suggested that in addition to the implants I cap the remaining 26 teeth. He explained the process, the time frame, and the cost; and I decided without hesitation to do my entire mouth. P.S I had 11 implants, 12 extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and then 24 zirconium crowns ( individual and implant supported bridges) Most of the work work was done in the first week there in May and I have just returned last week from having my second visit where my permanent crowns/bridges were fitted. Excellent value and the hotels they put me in ( the qinn and Ramada Plaza) were a treat too.

Five stars for Dr. Çilem Bulut for giving me the best smile I ever had in my life. You cannot set a price on a Hollywood smile. It's priceless. I went for a full set of crowns. They feel like natural teeth. The treatment was very professional, accurate and painless. Dr. Çilem Bulut is not just any dentist but a mosaic artist as well and she managed to restore an old church in ruins, so to say. The dentists of the clinic support each other by casting their opinion on ongoing dental work, so you get a second and third opinion as well. Everything is smoothly coordinated with the technicians, so that you don't need spend more than a couple of days with temporary teeth. The technicians work super fast. The clinic has drivers to pick you up at the airport. The drivers pick you up at the hotel to take you to your appointment. You are looked after just like you were adopted. Your stay at a luxury hotel is included in the price. This clinic is absolutely top. There are even support animals at the clinic (a dog and a cat) to comfort patients. I now have a new dentist, Dr. Çilem Bulut and I will fly to Turkey again and again to make sure that she can do my check-ups.I had veneers before getting crowns and I've been through a lot when it comes to dental treatments. Forget about emergency scaffolding done by other dentists in several other countries. If I need dental treatment again, I go to Umut Dental Clinic. Thank you ever so much!

I booked my dental implant treatment with Dr. Volkan after going through a lot of online reviews and found him very reliable and professional. I contacted Dr. Volkan before my treatment on WhatsApp and discussed my treatment and prices for 02 dental implants with 04 crowns. The price quoted was very reasonable as compared to other clinics in Istanbul which I contacted through What Clinic and almost quarter of UK price. I went to Istanbul on 14-December 2022 and Dr. Volkan did initial check up after reviewing 3D X-ray. I went next day on 15-Dec and Dr. Volkan placed 02 implants and bone grafting. I was advised pain killers and antibiotics and mouth wash for 01 weeks. I had mild pain for 02 days and after that it was ok. I need to go for second visit after 05 months for abutment and crowns placement. I am looking forward for next visit in May 2023. I found Dr. Volkan and his team very professional and would highly recommend for dental implants and any other dental treatment. Thank you Dr. Volkan.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. I recently had two crowns fitted by Dr. Kubra Cakir. From start to finish everyone at the clinic was professional but friendly too. I had digital imaging carried out of my whole mouth prior to the procedure. I had to go back a third time only because Dr. Cakir wanted one of my crowns to be slightly altered as would look better. She also advised other treatments I should look into but I didn't feel pressurised at all. There also is a very helpful coordinator called Sarah who translates into English if you do not understand Turkish and is able to give you travel instructions should you require them however I was picked up and taken back to my hotel on my first visit. Overall I would recommend Dent Medica, Dr. Kubra Cakir without hesitation, she is excellent and the costs are very reasonable too as an added bonus!

I am so pleased with my treatment by Dr Yildrim. I had 4 replacement white fillings, 6 composite bonds to my top teeth and whitening. The results are amazing. First let me explain why Dr Yildrim is the best dentist you can pick in Turkey. He is extremely qualified, skilled, professional, ethical and a true artist. I researched for months before I decided to go to this Dr and I totally made the right choice. Staying at the hotel I met numerous other dental patients having treatment in various clinics. They were with "the big companies" and I can truly say their experience did not match mine. I had a schedule of when I would be treated before I left the UK. Fellow travelers, not at my clinic, would merely get a text on the day saying to be ready in hour or so. They would get cancelled for the day or treatment deferred to hours before they left to go back home or arrive at the clinic and be waiting for hours to be seen. Our experience was totally different, we were seen at the time stated on our plan - this enabled us to plan our days, around our schedule and enjoy some much needed rest in beautiful Turkey. I received a very personal and focused treatment plan and care. I would be the only patient in the clinic and had the full focus of the Dr and nurses. All of them were fantastic. Aleyna and Mehircan would hold your hand reassure you as they assisted the Dr work to the highest standard. I had no pain as I was given plenty of anesthetic for each treatment. Everyone commented on how amazing my teeth looked at the hotel. All asking for my Dr's name and details - despite having just received their own treatment elsewhere. Everyone loved the fact I had such a personal experience as they had felt, on occasions, they were on a conveyor belt of dental patients. Lastly I have to mention the amazing Tulay who organised the whole thing for me. The costing, hotel, transfer and schedule. She was there every time I was there to translate and reassure. Before I left the Uk I was nervous, fearful of the dentist and most of all conscious of my teeth. Leaving Turkey i felt far more confident, happy and that Dr Yildirim, Tualy, Aleyna and Mehircan- were my friends.
