My therapy  room is at the heart of Prestatyn, therefore easily accessible to clients from the surrounding areas of Denbighshire, Flintshire, Conwy and Gwynedd. It is easily accessible from Prestatyn Bus Station and Prestatyn Train Station. There is a free public car par within easy walking distance for most people and disabled parking closer to.  My therapy room is a private, relaxed and comfortable room within a Chiropractic Centre and a waiting room, public toilet and a drink of water are available when you arrive. Please announce yourself to the receptionist on arrival.  My room is up some stairs but a chair lift is available if necessary.

Simone Buehner (formerly Davis), owner of Barefoot Medicine, is a highly experienced acupuncturist, herbalist and nutritional therapist with 20 years' experience in complementary therapies since leaving the corporate world behind in 2001. She worked for the British Acupuncture Council for four years as a Professional Development Lead assisting acupuncturists across Wales, Herefordshire & Shropshire with CPD and training.  She is also a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine. As with all complementary and alternative therapies, nutrition is at the heart of any healing process, so Simone offers functional medicine lab tests to check your gut integrity, adrenal fatigue lab tests and many others.  She runs a monthly detox programme with free weekly Zoom (video-conferencing) calls to support her clients as they help themselves to heal in between their clinic sessions.  Simone sees patients with a very wide variety of healthcare matters, some of which are 'known' conditions such as unexplained infertility, pain management, eczema, stress & anxiety, PTSD, musculo-skeletal pain, menopausal symptoms, children's health, side-effects of conventional medicines etc - but sometimes people come saying they 'just don't feel right', so we work together to get that person back on track. Some of Simone's long-term regular patients travel over 100 miles for treatment! All the treatments are tailored to the needs of each individual client and following the initial consultat
