Annmarie Gray is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with B.S. Honours from Middlesex University, a Diploma from PCI College and a Professional Certificate in C.B.T.
Annmarie’s approach to therapy is person centred which she integrates with CBT and Solution Focused Therapy. She has a special interest working with individuals who have experienced trauma, low self-esteem and relationship issues. She incorporates psycho-education into her work and has delivered sexual awareness education programmes to 4th year secondary school students while working in the Rape Crisis Centre.
In addition to working in the Adult Clinic and Co-ordinating the Weight Management Clinic at Mindology, Annmarie also works in Pieta House and has gained a vast amount of experience working with clients of all ages in preventing suicide and self harm. She has extensive clinical experience working with both adults and adolescents with depression, eating disorders, bullying, addiction, anxiety problems, OCD, attachment issues and bereavement.
