Emma was recommended to me by a colleague who told me she “could sort everything.” Mmm! I went to see her and she was indeed fantastic and sorted my back which was giving me serious pain. Highly recommend John, excellent treatment and value for money. Always gets you booked in quickly and he is always happy to answer questions and give advice. John has treated me for a few years for running related issues, and has always been great, which had allowed me to continue running. Just had my gait analysis done with John and he was spot on, it explains a lot of the reasons why I suffer with ITB/hip pain. The report he sent over for the gait analysis was excellent, easy to understand and very professional Extremely helpful in fixing some of my running related issues. I was recommended to Maria many years ago. I had suffered a whiplash injury and the pain went all the way from my neck through to my lower back and worsened during cold or damp weather. After suffering for many months and thinking I would just have to live with it, I went to Maria on my friend's advice but admit I was not hopeful. However, after just a few visits, I felt the pain decreasing and gradually everything started to loosen up. I was shocked at how ‘tight’ I had become from being tense because of the ongoing pain. After around 6 sessions, I was able to stop going and felt absolutely fine. Every now and then I get some pain or stiffness due to tension but a couple of visits to Maria and I’m right as rain again! Now I only have to go every few years! I think the last time I went recently it had been over 6 years since my last visit. I recommend everyone to Maria including my own grown-up kids who also go when they need to. I can wholeheartedly recommend and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere:)

After a year of back problems that started to impede me in everyday life and were so bad I was unable to garden any more, I was referred to one of the physios, Mukul Kaushik. He assessed and quickly diagnosed the cause and over the next few weeks different treatments were applied at consultations and I carried out the suggested exercise regimen at home. I cannot express my appreciation now that I no longer have the pain. I can work in my garden again. He has literally given me back the things I'd missed that had lowered my outlook on life.
