Biomechanical assessment (30 mins)

Everyone moves differently.  We are all vastly different shapes and sizes, doing a wide variety of sports and activities every day, and we all fall into bad habits!  We can check your weaknesses and your limitations as well as play to your strengths.  In this 30 minute session we can help you identify where you need to work, and start to show you how to maximise your strengths without risking injury.

For Golfers, we can analyse why you get your aches and pains, and help you maximise your current swing, or help you eliminate areas where you are putting your body at risk.

Biography:

I'm from Vigo, a little city in the north of Spain. I've always been a very independent and adventurous person, and as I've always had a big interest in English culture, I decided to move here in order to continue my professional career.

I'm very motivated and committed to my continued professional development. After completing my physiotherapist grade in Madrid in 2007 I carried on broading my horizons doing an Orthopedic Manual Therapy Masters Degree and specialising myself in Neurology, Acupuncture and Pilates.  I've had the opportunity to gain professional experience through working in different areas of physiotherapy at hospitals and private clinics. A key element of my professional practice is to offer a specialized and personalized treatment to each patient, which I always strive to do.

I defend a healthy lifestyle and according to that I spend most of my free time outdoors and playing a wide variety of sports.
