The problem was diagnosed from the hospital as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
An appointment had been made to see a surgeon in a months time, we did not like the idea of surgery
and wanted to explore alternatives meantime.
We found the clinic to be very helpful in that we were booked for 45 minutes assessment and they carried out a full investigation taking an 1.5hours. The detail was very much better than our GP and gave us a lot of confidence in the final results and advice on how to lower the pain which works!
We would very easily recommend this clinic to our friends if ever they were in this situation, the whole procedure is great value for money.
Friendly and very helpful, the clinic contacted us within the hour to make an appointment. We explained that we had just seen our GP and they had decided from Hospital results that an operation was required for CTS, however the hand was still painful and waiting to see the Surgeon in a months time wasn't the best but we could try some kind of alternative treatment before the appointment time. After explaining the situation, we were given a much earlier appointment than had been initially provided - very fast response.
