Alex has been helping me strengthen my body as it’s been working badly for ages and this is the longest I’ve gone without my usual injuries! It’s amazing worth the money and it’s the first time I’ve been given goals and solutions rather than people just saying ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don’t know?! Stretch? 100% would recommend!!

I went to see Alex because I had muscle pain in my back. I attended the clinic a few years ago for physio on my hip.

After an assessment, I was taken through a series of exercises to strengthen my core muscles which, quite honestly, hadn’t been ‘active’ for many years! Alex enabled me to not only understand the importance of all body muscles working together but also to remember that when the pain goes away it is still vitally important to continue the exercises to maintain strength.

I am in my 74th year and have found my exercise programme life-changing. I do fast walking and feel so much fitter. The pain does occasionally kick in but the exercises soon put me back on track. It is never too late to wake the body up as I have proved.

Had an appointment regarding a very sore toe.

Advised to have a nail removal as it was an ingrown toe nail.

very nice staff from the lady on the telephone booking the appointment,
to the lady delivering the treatment.

have to book with the nhs to get the nail removal done, but foot was
made comfortable until that appointment arrives.

Yes I would visit this practice again if needed.
