My story with Dr Gökhan Kırdar I began experiencing an L4-L5 herniated disc in March, which was initially manageable with physiotherapy and electrode sessions at a local clinic. Although these treatments provided temporary relief, the underlying issue persisted. An MRI at Birinci Hospital confirmed a severe herniation, and surgery was recommended as the only option, though further physiotherapy was suggested first. The pain eventually subsided, allowing me to stand for 2-3 hours without numbness. I made lifestyle changes and consistently maintained better posture.
